I still need names!!! please????
Maria didn't remember falling asleep. She felt tired. She felt like she'd just run a marathon, but I suppose crying your eyes out does that to you. Maria sat up and looked around. It was late afternoon. George was long gone by now. So was Paul. Maria got up and she walked out of her room.
"Wes? Where are you?" She asked running her fingers through her hair. She ran some water in the sink and she rinsed off her face. "Wes!" She spun around and walked to Weslyn's room. She frowned when she found it completely empty. Nothing was there. Her luggage was gone, everything was gone.
Maria looked around the rest of the suite. It was cleared totally of Weslyn's things. Maria started to panic. Where could she be? Where could she have gone? Home? No, she wouldn't have done that. Not without taking Maria along as well.
A note taped to Maria's bedroom door caught her eye. She ran to it and ripped it off the door with shaking hands.
"Went with Paul. Going to England. Love you, Weslyn." Maria said aloud to no one but herself. "Wes. . ."
******************************
Weslyn was sound asleep next to Paul, who was also sound asleep. Every Beatle and Beatle girl on the plane was passed out, completely exhausted from the last couple of weeks. They were of course on a plane back to London. It was a long flight, and when Weslyn woke up, it was Paul shaking her awake.
"We're about to land, love." He said gently. Weslyn nodded and sat up. She looked out the window and Paul touched her shoulder, "You alright?"
"I just. . ." She shrugged, "I feel bad for leavin' Maria like that." Paul kissed her cheek.
"She'll be alright." He said seriously, "She didn't want to come anyway. Besides you can send her a phone call when we get to my house." Weslyn grinned and nodded.
In a few hours, Weslyn was unpacking her things at Paul's. She couldn't believe she was in England. She'd always wanted to go to England. She never had the funds to get herself there. No one in Georgia was keeping her there other than Maria.
Once she was unpacked, Weslyn went looking for Paul. He was in the kitchen making tea. It was around 10.00 a.m. by now and Weslyn was starting to feel hungry.
"Hey," She said walking in and sitting down at the table. Paul grinned and handed her a cup of tea.
"Are you hungry? I've got John bringing breakfast over." Paul said sitting next to her. Weslyn smiled and nodded at him.
"Oh where's your telelphone?" She asked remembering Maria then. Just then it started to ring. Paul laughed and he got up to answer it. He came back talking on it. He hung up as he sat down.
"That was John. Mandy called him and said she was at the airport home from Paris, and he's gone to pick her up, so he'll be a bit late on breakfast." Paul said putting the phone on the table. "Well anyway, it's all yours. I'll let you alone." He said before he left the kitchen. Weslyn sighed and she picked up the reciever. She dialed the hotel's number, but when she asked for Maria's room the receptionist said Maria had already checked out. Weslyn hung up and tried calling Maria's house.
Her mother answered the phone. "Hello?"
"Oh hello Mrs. Jacobs, I was wondering if I could talk to Maria, is she home yet?" Weslyn crossed her fingers as Mrs. Jacobs responded.
"Yes, she got home about two hours ago." Weslyn smiled to herself as she heard the sounds of the phone being transferred.
"How could you just leave me like that?!" Maria blew up imediately. "Some friend you turned out being! Sheesh! All I got was a note with ten words scribbled on it! You could have at least woken me up!"
