"Again, with that, I lied." Jean muttered, slightly wincing with the fact that, he dared to lie on her once more.
"How do you think will I able to trust you now?" Jean's eyes widen. with mouth slightly agape, he tried organizing his thoughts for a moment but, only a deep shaky sigh of desperation escaped from it. Mikasa patiently waited for an explanation, but when she knew he wouldn't say a word, she stood up and flatted her lavish bloody knee-lengthed dress.
"I don't want to see you anymore." closing his eyes as those words pierce his very fragile heart, he nodded.
"Good bye, jean." Swaowing the very last inch of pride left on him, Jean grabbed her arm and turn her back to face him. He's being desperate now, she knew, but that's not what mikasa wanted to see from him.
"I love you," he said for the very first time in his life but as he stare at those cold dark eyes, pain reflected upon on it.
"No you don't." she forced herself to smile, only to make jean's heart shattered into pieces.
