Chapter forty-nine

Your POV

I feel bad for saying this but I have grown to like the league. They aren't bad people, they are just normal people with their own beliefs. They do what they believe is right. I can understand their sides of the story because Shigaraki was doubted as a kid and raised by a huge villain so I can understand why he is one.

I was out on another scout for recruits with Dabi when I noticed something. I walked closer to the piece of paper on the light post.

My slight happiness dropped as I read what was on the paper.

I didn't notice I was crying until small tears drops landed on the paper. I look up and see that the papers are scattered across the street.

"Are you alright?" I hear Dabi ask.

I quickly wipe my tears.

"Yeah yeah I'm fine" I say.

I notice him look around at the missing flyers and sigh.

"Y'know we all feel bad about doing this" he admits.

"You don't have to lie" I laugh sadly.

"No, I'm serious, We knew that taking a kid from her family and friends was a bad idea but Shigaraki wanted to do it because you are his enemies daughter" he says.

"If... if you want to leave you can. I'll just tell them that you escaped" he says.

"Dabi I don't want you to get in trouble" I say.

"No I'll be alright. Shigaraki can't do anything to lose one of his top recruits" he says smugly.

"Here," I write down my number on the back of the missing paper with a pen I found on the ground. "If you ever want to do something fun with the Gang or need help defeating some asshole that betrayed you guys or something, call me"

He takes the paper and smirks, "Got it"

"And Dabi"

I catch his attention.

"Your secret is safe with me" I say pointing to a picture of Endeavor in the street.

He smiles and nods his head. He walks down the alleyway and I walk the opposite of him. I walk down the street and to the dorms. I walk in and see people stressing in the commons. I take my cape off and hold it in my hands.

"Yo" I say calmly making everyone look at me.

"(L/N)!!" All of the girls and a few of the guys yell.

I was immediately crushed by a big group hug. I laugh as they tell me they were worried.

"Where were you? We have to tell Aizawa that you are okay!" Kirishima says.

"I was.... kidnapped by a crazy villain but I beat him and escaped" I say making up a lie.

The villains kidnapped me yes but they admitted that they regretted so I decided not to snitch.

"Where's Bakugou?" I ask noticing he's not around.

"About that..." Kirishima says scratching the back of his neck.

He walks me to the nurses office and I get a look at Bakugou in a nursery bed. Aizawa was in his sleeping bag next to him.

"What happened?" I asked trying not to wake either of them up.

"He was attacked by a villain, that's all I heard. I'm pretty sure he wasn't hurt, I think he's just unconscious" Kirishima day. "We'll visit him in the morning but for now let's get some sleep Yeah?"

I nod my head, "Yeah"

I woke up and stretched. I went into the bathroom and got ready for the day. I changed into my uniform and left to go visit Bakugou.

As I was walking there I notice Aizawa walking towards me.

"Morning Sensei" I say.

"Morning (L/N).... wait a second" he says. "When did you get back? You were missing for three days!" He says angrily.

"I was kidnapped by a villain but I defeated him and sent him to jail. I'm alright Sensei" I say.

"That's good to hear. I still expect you to be ready for class later though" he says walking away.

"Yes sir" I say before heading towards the nurse.

I walk in and notice that Kirishima, Midoriya and Uraraka are already here. I notice that he must be awake.

"Bakugou!" I say excitedly before I notice something off.

He was staring at Uraraka as if she was an angel. My heart drops and my chest began to hurt. I ignore it and walk up to him.

"Bakugou are you alright? How are you feeling?" I ask him expecting him to yell at me.

"I'm alright and I'm sorry but who are you?" He says.

I step back in complete shock.

"Okay what the hell is happening?!" I yell over to Kirishima.

"He was attacked by a villain and now he has amnesia for two weeks. He'll return to normal after that" Kirishima says smiling.

"Oh dear All Might" I mutter.

"Well since you don't remember me. My name is (L/N) (Y/N) but you can call me
(N/N)" I say sweetly.

"Oh! It's nice to meet you!" He says happily.

"I don't like this" I whisper over to Uraraka.

"Me neither" she says.

We go to class like any normal day but he introduces himself. Midoriya offers to take his notes but Aizawa said he could get expelled for it. Bakugou thanks Midoriya which makes me groan a little in discomfort.

Before lunch we all tell Bakugou what he's normally like.

"I'm your girlfriend!" Mina says jokingly.

"Mina! Stop making everything about yourself!!" Kirishima says.

"Don't worry you aren't dating anyone" Tsu says.

"(N/N) has to know you the best! You guys hang out a lot!!" Kirishima says.

"Oh! Really?! Cool!! What am I like?" Bakugou asks me.

I scratch the back of my neck, "Umm... you are a super chill guy? Who enjoys everyone's company??" I say looking at Kirishima to confirm.

He nods his head. "Okay! I'll try my best to act like nothing has changed!!" He says in the cutest voice.

"So cute!" I say smiling.

We eat spicy food together and I'm slowly beginning to feel a little uncomfortable with this Bakugou. I'm not sure but it doesn't feel right.
