My name is Jacob Leon, I was 10 when I lost my parents to a car accident and I was devastated when I lost them. They taught me many things about life since I was an intelligent and curious child; they taught me how to be  gentleman, loving, caring, and forgiving as well as respectful and loyal. But music is one thing that I will always keep with me. Ever since I could speak I felt as if I was drawn to music and they taught me how to play different instruments and I learned how to sing. I always kept music close to me especially when I lost my parents. After the death of my parents I was put into several different homes every month, each home was different than the last; some were abusive and some were okay but most of the time its abusive. I've been through so much hurt that it's indescribable. My permanent home was with the Griffin family, they had a whole family so I don't know why they would want to take in another kid. I was about 13 when I was brought into their home and stayed there for a couple of months until I ran away because I was scared of one of my foster siblings. I ran off to the city of Miami thanks to the money that my late parents had stashed away in the house. I ended up in Miami with the Jauregui family, how I ended up with them is a story for another time. They let me into their home and provided everything I needed. When I met them all I instantly clicked with the eldest child of the Jauregui's, Lauren Jauregui. We got to know each other better as the days past by and we grew closer with each day. The more I got to know her the more I opened up to her and got to REALLY look at her for who she is. When we started school I made sure to protect her and made sure she didn't get bullied. The downside to me being in school is that I was always bullied for how I looked; I was short and skinny and not to mention mixed, so I was mixed with what people classify as black and I was also mixed with Cuban and Mexican. My hair has the kinda rough texture that a black person has as well as curly/wavy hair and it was a light brown mixed with a dirty blonde. I have light tan skin and bright gray eyes. Little do those people I went to school with know that I changed, dramatically. 2 years past by and the Griffin's haven't found me yet and I am still staying with the Jauregui's. So much has changed within those years, I ended up falling in love with Lauren and I am still hiding it from her, I look physically different meaning I'm not that skinny anymore, I started to build some muscle. Lauren and I have had our fair share of ups and downs and a result from those problems are some songs I wrote. Everyday I still practice music and write according to how I feel, get this most of these songs are about my parents, what I've been through in the foster system and Lauren most of the songs are about Lauren though. So in Lauren's recent discovery that I can sing she wanted me to go on X Factor with her and so I did. We performed a song together and from then on we grew but not with one another. After our audition aired on TV my family found me and took me home but before I left I was signed to the same record label as my brother Tyrone Griffin aka Ty Dolla $ign and I also told Lauren that I love her like not the friendly kind but the I'm in love with you kind and gave her my contact information and left. And now here I am starting my career with my second album released and helping my brother with his. I never knew that I would be reunited once again with my first love.
