Through the Dark

Chapter 1

  My eyes spring open and I sigh deeply. I sit up in my bed and look at my clock, 6:30 it read. I groan and swing my legs over the side of my bed. I pick my outfit for today, t-shirt and shorts. I hop into the shower quickly humming to myself. After a hot shower, I put my hair in a ponytail and run downstairs. I see that no one else is awake and take matters into my own hands. I walk over to the kitchen to start making breakfast  for everyone. Now you're probably wondering what the hell i'm talking about. Well I'm Willow Edwards and I'm not the common teenager you think of. I am a werewolf. I'm just not a normal werewolf either, I'm a alpha. Yes, that's weird for a girl to be a alpha but I was forced to be it. Now back to story. I made eggs and bacon for everyone for the first day of Junior year....yay.. I finished and still no one was up! I took the stairs two at a time up and went to every door and banged on it. " WAKE UP!!! IT'S THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!!!!" I heard many sighs and groans from each of my pack members. One by one they came out and down the stairs to the kitchen. " I made enough for all of ya'll, you're welcome. " All of them chimed in thank you's and shoved their faces. Honestly I'm not very excited for this year. If it was like the years past, it's going to be awful. I was in mid thought when Harriet came up to me. " Hey it's time to go. Are you ready? " I snapped out of it and looked at her. " Oh yea sure. Ready as I will every be. " She laughed and we both grabbed our bags. I called everyone down to have a talk. " Ok ya'll know the drill. Be safe and don't let anyone get to you. It's going to be just like last year. We got this. We're strong and can handle anything that comes at us. " And at that, we left for the hell hole. 

  Immediately as we walked in, we got stares all around us and that's just the start of it. We got our schedules and headed to class. We're all in different grades but most of us are juniors. I walked to math with Harriet and Camryn. We sat in the back and started to talk about random stuff like we always do. I got interrupted by a new guy walking in, I wasn't the only one. The girls noticed as well and looked at me. Great, more people to bother us. Two other guys walk in behind them and went to the teacher. I forced my hearing to listen in on them talking. " Hi um I'm Zach and this is Daniel and Corbyn. We're new to the school. " The teacher nodded and welcomed them to the school. They took their seats next to us while Zach was looking at me. I turned my head to face front to ignore him. " The guy looking at me is Zach, blonde hair is Corbyn and the freakin tall one is Daniel. " I said talking to the girls in my head. They nodded and soon enough class started. The whole fucking time this creepy ass dude was looking at me!!!! As soon as the bell rang I ran out of there so fast. Camryn and Harriet caught up to me and laugh. " What!?! He's fucking creepy! No one has ever stared at me like that and for that long! " I got to my locker and opened it. " He was kind of weird " Camryn said leaning against the lockers. " You think?! He was staring at her. That's more than weird. " Harriet said practically jumping. " Woah calm down there tiger. " I sighed and grabbed my books. " He's just like the other guys in the stupid school. " We all laughed and I went to my next class. I sadly walked to my next class alone looking at the floor. I walked in and saw the same guy. I mentally groaned and sat at the opposite end on the classroom. That was the worst class ever. I walked out and into the crowded hallway trying to find someone I knew. I spotted Blake at his locker and ran up to him. " Oh thank god you're here!" I said hugging him. " Why? " " Well there is this new guy and a couple others who keep staring at me. I have a feelin- " I felt a hand on my shoulder and I whipped around. In front of me was the new guy looking at me. He smiled and held out his hand. " Hi, I'm Zach. You're in a few of my classes and I wondering if you could help me around? " I stood there frozen. Blake was still behind me and nudged me. " Hello?! Earth to Willow?" Zach laughed and was still looking at me. " Oh um yeah sure i'll show you around. " He smiled and started to walk away. I glared at Blake. " I'm going to figure out more about this creeper. " " Good luck A.W. " I laughed and ran up to catch up to him. " So you're new, where did you come from? " I asked while walking to physics. " Oh um from California. Me and a few other boys came here to get a new life. " " Oh that's cool " We made some more small talk and finally made it to physics, bless. I saw Taylor and Logan waving at me and I ran over to sit down. " Hey so the new kid over there is with some other people. I have a feeling he's a wolf and has a pack. " I said talking to them in my head. They both looked over at him and what i'm guessing are his friends or pack. " Yea I would have to agree but why are they here? and what do they want with us? " " I don't know...all he said was he wanted a new life but I don't believe that. " " Something's fishy" Logan said. We stopped when class started. The rest of the day was about the same. Zach's in everyone of my classes and it sucks ass. I met up with the rest of my pack and we went home. We all piled into the house flopping down on the couch or even the floor. " That was awful " Sighed Jessica. " Tell me about " The guys decided to play video games and took up the living room. I left to go to my room. That night I slept like a baby. 

HEY WHAT'S UP MA DOODS!!!!!! I hope you like this. I've had thought of this story line for a couple of years and just now writing it down. Hopeful I can put out more for ya'll!! PEACE OUT!!!
