it's been a couple of weeks and me and me and brick have actually become best friends. but this week was differnt. he's been avoiding me. he says he's been busy with the band but... i still feel sad. well todays gonna be different. As everyone knows todays it's the annual talent show and i want all my friends there beacause i'm singing. i just dont know what song to sing yet. i'll figure it out. oh i better call brick.

'' well u know the talent shows tonight so i was wondering if u coud make it''
'' ugh.... bloss u see. i have practice with the guys.''

blossom steped up on the stage. she had prepared for this moment she had on a pink banduea dress and had curled her hair to the side and had reviewd her song. but a bit of saddness plagued her eyes.
then she sung

brick reached into his pocket and took out a little box and opened it. inside it ? was the most amazing thing. it was a necklace. i silver one it had a diamond, a real one, heart which sparkled in blossoms eyes.

'' i wanted to suprise you and get u this. remember at the fair u said u liked this with the matching earings. well my band worked extra hard to get money and i used my pay.but i didnt have enough for the earings so i had to work again. and then u caled. ''
'' brick i- i love it. but- i feel stupied now. it's my fault''
'' now it's not. dont be so hard on yourself.''
'' thanks.''
he put it around her neck and she smiled in glee. then a kiss on his cheek. a friendly one. besides, who says a boy and girl cant be friends
