Ch.1

"Jake...." a small voice whispered. "Who are you! where are you!" I screamed. cold sweat dribbled into my mouth. "I'm your friend if you make the deal..." the voice said. I woke up screaming like I had for the past month or so. This happens a lot to me now for some stupid reason. Honestly it does get pretty abnoxious. " For gods sake jake! will you just shut your face for one day?! I'm trying to actually get sleep,you know, how regular people do?" my sister barked. "honestly do you always have to be so darn loud?" I shot back. "oh I'm being loud? wow you really are ignorant aren't you?" she snapped back. I knew where she was coming from but could I help it if my own mind was terrorizing me? it's not like I wanted to be scared out of sleep over and over. " so you think I like being like this? I'm just as sleep deprived as you if not more." I murmured. "Urrgggh!" she screamed as she stormed out of the room. "Hey Jake! get ready bud! your gonna be late!" my dad yelled from the kitchen. he wasn't wrong. I really was gonna be late if I didn't hurry. why didn't my stupid freaking alarm go off? "coming!" I replied. I dressed and got my last bits of homework done before rushing down the stairs. "hi dad! bye dad!" I said through a mouthful of toast. "Ok bye?" Dad said as I ran through the door. I got to the bus right as it was gonna leave. "I swear if you keep making me wait here I'll just skip your stop and you'll walk got it?" the bus driver barked. jeez did he ever just relax? " sry Mr. Gabe.. it won't happen again." I replied. "sure....just get on." he shot. As I walked through the isles I suddenly got smacked in the face with a giant moldy sandwich. "hey jake! got anymore fantasies to blab about?" someone screamed. I swear everyone on the face of the earth laughed at that one. "real funny guys. real funny." I yelled back. this was gonna be a long day.
