A few months later.
"Mummy will see you after school" Ariana smiles "mummy not coming" Molly asks "mummy is tired mummy promises when you get home we will watch a movie" She smiles making Molly nods.

Molly kisses her mums lips before going off with her dad to school. Ariana fell back asleep.

"Bye daddy look after mummy" Molly smiles kissing his cheek before running into school. Malcolm smiles at her as he watched her play for a few minutes. He walks home to find Ariana on the bed fast asleep.

He smiles at her before cleaning the house. He hovered around. He did the washing and straightening Molly's room.

"MALCOLM" he hears Ariana scream. Malcolm runs to the bedroom to see Ariana on the floor panting. "My waters have broke" Ariana says "oh shit let's get you to hospital" he says grabbing the baby bag and helping Ariana down the stairs.

He drives them to the hospital and carries Ariana in since she couldn't walk. Well she could but wanted Malcolm wanted to carry her.

"My girlfriends waters have broke" he says "okay okay follow me" the lady smiles takin Ariana to a delivery room. "Someone will be in to see you soon" she says and Malcolm nods.

"We're going to meet out little one" he smiles "we are" Ariana smiles "ill still be In here when he is born please get someone to get Molly" Ariana says and he nods texting his mum.

"Hi Ariana I'm Alice I'll be helping deliver this baby" Alice smiles "hi" Ariana smile "is this your first child" she asks and Ariana shakes her head "4 year old nearly 5" Ariana says proudly making Malcolm smile.

"Okay I want to see how dilated you are" she asks and Ariana nods putting her heels together and legs apart. "Okay your 5cm" she says and Ariana nods.

After three ours in labour Ariana had fully dilated. "Ahhhhh Fuck" Ariana leans forward holding the rails. Malcolm rubs Ariana's back. "Ariana on your next contraction I need you to push" the midwife says and Ariana nods. "Come on Baby you can do it" Malcolm kisses her lips.

"Ahhh" Ariana pushes "that's it" Malcolm holds her hand. "Come on Ariana big push" Alice asks "ahhhhhh" once again.

After a couple of pushes the baby was starting to crown. "Come on Ariana one more and the head is out" she says "I can't" Ariana pants. She was getting tired. "Come on princess you can do it" Malcolm tells her. Ariana looks at him "can I" she asks and he nods. Ariana gives a push and the head was out. "Just two more" she encouraged and Ariana nods .

After then two pushes the baby boy way out. "Congratulations" Alice smiles placing her baby boy on Her chest. "He's beautiful" Ariana pants looking at her baby boy. 

"He is" Malcolm smiles kissing Ariana's head. "My mum wants to know if she can bring Molly here in an hour" Malcolm asks "sure she can come now if she wants" Ariana says and he nods.

Both Ariana and the baby was leaned up and was out into clothes. "Have a name" Alice asks "William" Malcolm smiles "Noah James McCormick" Ariana smiles kissing his head.

"Mummy" Molly runs into the room. "Hey princess" Ariana smiles giving her baby girl a hug. "Is this my brother" Molly asks climbing on the bed "it is" Ariana smiles "he's beautiful" She smiles kissing his head making Malcolm's and Ariana's bear melt. "Want to know his name" Malcolm asks and Molly nods.

"Noah" Ariana smiles "that's cute" Molly smiles. "I can tell my friends I met my brother" Molly smiles "you can" Malcolm gives Molly a hug.

Noah starts to cry and Malcolm takes Molly off the bed "did I do something wrong" Molly Ask and Malcolm shakes his head "he is hungry" Ariana says taking her arm out the sleeve of the gown she had on. "Did I do that" Molly asks "you did and you hated me when I stop feeding you like this" Ariana stokes her cheek.

"I love you little man" Ariana smiles "Can I hold my brother once he's done feeding from mummy" Molly asks "of course you can" Ariana smiles patting his back.

"Put her back up" Ariana smiles and Malcom nods Molly sits in between Ariana's legs. Ariana hands her little boy to his sister. "He is so cute" Molly coos "well she's going to be a good sister" Ariana smiles "she is" Malcolm smiles.
