Monday, 7:16 a.m.

Annie's pov

After I got out the shower, I put my robe on and plugged the dryer in the outlet. "Annie! Are you done with the shower?!" My mom yelled from her room. "Yes! I'm drying my hair now!" I yelled. I began drying my hair and combing it out.

15 minutes later

I grabbed my outfit from the bed and started slipping into it. (In mm). I put chapstick on, and the ring, bracelet, and necklace that resembles Caleb's death.

I went in front of my mirror and did a fish tail braid. "Annie?" A voice said from behind me. I turned around and there standing, was my little sister Hayley in a floral dress with black flats.

"Annie? Mommy said are you ready to go?" She asked. "Yeah" I replied, grabbing my phone, bag, purse, and earbuds. I walked downstairs with Hayley in front. As I reached the last step, Mommy was already by the door with her keys and purse.

"Got everything?" She asked. Me and Hayley nodded as she open the door. Oh, did I forget to introduce myself? Silly me! My name is Julianna Leblanc but I prefer to be called Annie. This year is my last year in middle school.

I'm now in 9th with my best friends Katie and Jayden.

Skip car ride because I'm too lazy to write😋

I got out of the car with my purse and bag. "Bye Mommy, Bye Hayley" I said, turning on my heels about to walk away. "Annie" My mom called. I turned back around, facing her direction. "Be a good girl, ok?" She said smiling. "Okay, have a good day at school Hayley" I said as I turned back around and entered the office.

As I entered, I saw the most disgusting thing ever! And her name's Mackenzie. She was sitting down in white knee high socks, a skirt that's half way to her thighs, a black tank top, and white Jordans. She was wearing too much lipgloss and makeup. Look like she just ate a whole bucket of greasy chicken if you ask me.

She walked up to me and looked at me with a stank face. I couldn't help but scrunch my face because she was wearing a lot of perfume. Smelling like she got perfume samples from every bath and body works place in America.

"Well if it isn't Annie the stank bug" She hissed. I rolled my eyes and gripped my bag straps. "Mackenzie, can you just leave me alone? I mean, the class haven't started yet and you're already messing with me" I complained.

She flipped her hair. "I'm not messing with you, I'm just giving you a little little warning" She said. I looked at her confused. "What warning". "That you won't be able to have fun this year. This year is all about ME. It's my time to shine. You don't deserve not one thing" She said as she booped my nose.

She skipped towards the double doors. Before she walked out she turned around and gave me a small wave with the fakest smile I ever seen and left. This year is going to be horrible, I just know it.

In the hallways

After getting my schedule, I was looking for my locker. Luckily, I found it and put my combination in and started filling up my locker. "Annie" Someone called from behind me. I turned around and saw one of my best friends, Jayden walking towards me.

We did our hand shake and then hugged. "My locker is right across from you" She said as she smiled. "Can't wait till middle school's over" I said. "Annie, we just started and you're already complaining?" She questioned.

"Duh! Early this morning, I met with the Grinch and she was giving me a ' warning ' saying that I can't have fun" I said as I slowly closed my locker. "Oh, speaking of the Grinch, I overheard her talking to Brynn and they were blabbing about Brynn's twin brother transferring to our school tomorrow" She explained.

"Hopefully, he's nice and not like the rest" I said. "If he's Brynn's twin, he's definitely has the same personality as her" She said as she rolled her eyes. "I doubt that. Probably if you get to know him, he probably won't be that bad after all" I said smiling.

Katie walked over to us smiling. "Guys! I got news!" Katie yelled. We were getting weird stares from a few in the halls. "What's up?" I questioned. Now Katie, she's the biggest gossip in school.

She's practicly friends with EVERYONE in school except Kenzie. "One, Austin told Carson that he has a major crush on you but I couldn't hold it in. Two, The reason Brynn is rich is because her twin sings and crap. Lastly, we don't have to do work on the first week of school" She announced.

I just stood there. "Austin..has a crush..on me?" I questioned her. "Hell yeah! But he wanted to tell you at prom" She said. She then quickly covered her mouth. "Annie, you should go out with him. You guys been best friends since Pre-K" Jayden said as she nudged my arm.

I awkwardly giggled. "haha...um first, I don't look at Austin as 'that' kind of friend. He's not my type guys and you know that" I said. "Ok, since we can't get you and Austin together, we'll find someone else" Katie said smiling.

"Good luck" I said smiling. "Anyways, what's on y'all schedules?" Jayden asked. We all looked at each other's schedule. We all had the same class except one. They both had library while I had P.E.

"Do you have any other gossip for us?" Jayden questioned Katie. "Uh yeah, a student is transferring here". "Applause, two new students tomorrow" I said sarcastically. We all locked arms and walked to class together.

In class

All three of us sat down by each other. "So what do you guys wanna do? We have free time till lunch?" Jayden asked.  "Take selfies?" I asked. They both nodded in agreement.

2 minutes later

Kenzie and Brynn came walking up to us. "So, I know Katie heard that Brynn's twin is coming to our school tomorrow" Kenzie said as she stared down at me. "Um, yeah? So what?" I casually said.

"Well change of plans, he's coming today and I don't want you guys talking to him" Kenzie warned. "Or what?" I said as I stood up. "Annie, sit down" Katie whispered, trying to pull me down.

"Yeah Annie, wanna listen to your little friend before you get beat up, again" She said, staring coldly in my eyes. "Kenzie, that was 1st grade, I've grown" I said as I moved away from my desk and crossed my arms.

"Oh Annie, you don't wanna fight on the first day of school, your mommy will be disappointed in you, right? You don't wanna upset you Mommy" She teased as she pushed me. "Don't touch me" I said.

She pushed me again but then one of her slaves tripped me and my butt hit the cold hard floor. Kenzie jumped on me and started grabbing my hair and hitting me as Jayden and Katie tried fighting the others to get to me.

Just then Kenzie was pulled off by someone. I closed my eyes as it felt like my face was swelling. I opened my eyes and my vision was real blurry. After that, I was knocked out.
