"then what the fuck were those recordings sent to me of your voice?"

"recordings? my voice? what?"

"earlier today a private number sent me recordings of your voice confessing to someone!"

donghyuck was resting on the couch watching netflix, enjoying his soup that mark made him.

his phone popped up with a notification. he checked it hoping it was mark, but it was a private number.

private number-
you'll never guess what i heard mark saying to a girl today.

donghyuck-
what? what did mark do?

private number-
*recordings sent*

donghyuck-
no way these recording are real! mark would never do that.

private number-
i wouldn't trust him if i were you. he hurt a lot of peoples heart, he's only gonna hurt yours as well.

donghyuck-
who are you and why did you send me these?

private number-
that information doesnt matter. what matters is that i'm trying to help you.

donghyuck couldn't believe his eyes or his ears. the voice that was marks sounded exactly like his. he sounded so genuine in the recordings. donghyuck didnt realise the tears rolling down his cheeks.

it couldnt be true. donghyuck tried to convince himself that the recordings were old or not actually mark at all. donghyuck quietly sobbed as he thought back to the moments they had together. was it all fake? was mark only with him because he felt sorry for donghyuck?

donghyuck turnt off the television and continued crying. this situation reminded him of his previous love, the love he thought was real but turned out to be fake all along. his last love, the last person he trusted and loved so much, turned out to be fake. his last love, jungwoo.

"donghyuck i swear those recordings aren't real. i would never do that!"

"i dont know who to believe anymore. please just give me time mark."

"donghyuck you have to believe me."

and with that, donghyuck closed the door.

"no donghyuck please open the door!"

mark slid down the door until he was sat in front of his door. he had no idea donghyuck had done the same as him.

they were both just as confused as each other, they were both as broken as each other.
