                                                                                    Chapter two

"wake up!" an angry female voice yelled in my ears. "A-a-ah, I-I'm up!" I say, "don't yell at me!" my mother yells back, "s-sorry, " I say quietly. She scoffed and began to exit my room. "get ready, it's the first day of school, " she said. She looked at me and I nod at her. I small smile creeps onto her face but leaves once we hear my father. "is Jiminie up yet?" my father asks, "yes!" my mother snaps at him.

I arrive at the front door of my childhood friend Jinnie. "go!" she snapped at me. She did it because she loves and cares about me

"B-bye, I-I love y-you!~" I said and she shrugged it off. I left the car and walked to Jinnie's front door and knocked lightly as I heard my mom's car drive away and the door opened slowly.

"Jimine!" Jin said in excitement.

Jin POV

"how are you?" I asked politely as I lead him to my couch so I could quickly put my shoes on.

"I'm good, thank you!" he said gigglishly. "oh, that's good, are you excited for the first-day in a new school?" I asked and a frown crept onto his chubby face. I stop tying my shoelace and stare at him in confusion.

"I-I'm s-sc-scared, " he pouted sadly, "aw, Jimine it's okay, " I reassuringly said and he smiled, "high school's not scary so don't worry, " I said to him and he ran up to me and gave me a big hug. I smiled at his cuteness. He was a little brother to me and I would do anything for him.

We arrived at the school but there was a huge crowd at the front of the school. The news about Jimin must have leaked since the school wasn't normally that crowded, especially on the first day of school, and the students normally made a big deal about new students so it was most likely about Jimin.

"w-why is there s-so many kids h-here?" Jimin asked shyly. He sounded like he was on the verge of tears which to me was the sound of an alarm. I immediately turn around at a neck-breaking speed. "it's okay Jimin, I know a secret way in, nobody will be able to see us enter, we'll be like ninjas!" I said and he smiled. "ninjas!~" he yelled like these anime characters from Fairy Tail called Natsu and Happy. "ninjas!" I whisper-yelled with Jimin.

I lead him around the bushes that were located in a long rows around the front of the school and we made a sneaky turn to a door on the side of the school that was locked.

"h-how are we g-going to get in?" he asked quietly. I pulled out a rainbow keychain and with several keys attached to it. "oooh~" Jimin said in awe. "right?" I said as I opened the door and we entered the empty school. Unbelievably the students decided to wait outside and left the inside almost completely empty. I go to the front desk with Jimin at my side and ask the Secretary what class we're in. "you are in room 129 and Jimin is in room 269." she answered.

"oh, um, okay thanks, is there anyway that we can change Jimin to be in my class?" I asked. "no, I'm sorry, sweety, but the principal specifically wants Jimin to be alone so he can learn independence but don't worry for a little protection he got Jimin in Namjoon's class since he's your boyfriend and you trust him." the women explained.

I sighed bitterly biting my bottom lip. "okay, can you please ask the principal for me, just in case?" I said slightly begging, "okay, I'll try and convince him for you, " she said and I let out a deep sigh of relief.

"did you hear that, Jimin?" I asked looking to my side. He wasn't there. I looked to my other side and he wasn't there either. "JIMIN!" I shrieked. I did I 360 and he was nowhere in my sight. I went running up the stairs and decided to check in my class. "129" I kept mumbling to myself. I busted through the door and nobody was present.

Jimin never exactly left my side like that unless there was something he was interested in like a stuffed animal. He didn't exactly have the confidence or social skills to leave on his own.

"where can he be?" I mumbled to myself. "Jimin!" I yelled for the slight chance he would answer me, and to my despise he didn't answer. Then it hit me. He must have gone to his class to show his independence and responsibility to me. I ran as fast as I could to room 269 while mumbling said number under my breath. I arrive at the room and bust the door open and look around the room frantically.

That's when I noticed a Jimin that was happily swinging his feet from under the desk he was sat at. I run straight to him and as I shove three people out of my way I noticed their presence.

I hug Jimin and began rambling about how dangerous it was that he did that and that he should tell me that he wants to go somewhere.

"please don't hurt him!" I yelled once I noticed who they were. They were the bad-boys of the school and one in particulars father was the leader of a mafia and all of his enemies have gone to the hospital at least once.

"what?" the one I recognized as Hoseok said in confusion. "we just got here, " the one with the father that was a mafia leader said, Yoongi.

I stared at them trying to figure out I they were telling the truth and by the looks of it, they were.

"take this, Jimine, " I said and gave him a colouring book from my bag. "are you in this class?" I asked. "yes, " Yoongi said. "you're Hoseok, Jungkook and Yoongi? I asked, "y-yeah" Yoongi said.

"you're a part of the richest family, literally everywhere... You could benefit from this..." I said. "Yoongi, can you do me a favour?" I asked rather suddenly, "sure." he said skeptically.

I grabbed his wrist and took him with me into the corner of the room. "wh-what are you doing?" he asked. "calm down, I have a boyfriend." I said, a tad flustered but I tried covering it up. "yeah, I know." he said bluntly. I felt me face burn up. Was it obvious that I was dating Namjoon? "wait before you start asking me favours I think it might help me if you tell me your name." He said. It was a weird request but nonetheless nodded, "it's Jin."

"anyways, can you take care of him?" I asked suddenly. "what, he's not staying in this class is he? He's like twelve!" He said. What. An. Idiot. Couldn't he tell by Jimin's height? Well, maybe not since Jimin wasn't the tallest and it was possible that Jimin was very tall for his age but I thought it was obvious that Jimin wasn't a young kid.

"no he's actually sixteen." I said nonchalantly. "What?!" He screamed making poor Jimine worried and Jimin looked for the source of the worrying sound. "please! I don't want him to be bullied and everyone is scared of you, if you take care of him they won't bully him!" I said. Yoongi was my only hope besides Namjoon.

The expression on Yoongi's face was easy to read. He didn't want to disappoint his more than scary father and people would judge him, at least that's what his expression read in my eyes

"I don't think I can do it." he said biting his bottom lip slightly. "please, you'll get extra credit for it, I'll make sure of it, and it will stick to your record that you did extra help around the school, your dad will really like that!" I said as though my life was being held by a single strain of string.

He let out a deep sigh

"please!" I begged. "fine!" Yoongi said.
