Arjun swiftly responded to Amir's instruction as he grabbed a cricket bat."Arjun, get that bat to the practice nets," Amir ordered."Of course, sir," Arjun replied.Amir then turned his attention to Imran, a fellow dedicated cricketer at the academy. "Imran, bowl to Arjun with everything you've got. Show him your full potential, and deliver those balls at your utmost speed."Imran stood poised, ready to follow Amir's directive. "Absolutely, sir."As Imran delivered a series of fast and formidable balls to Arjun, the young cricketer found himself struggling to fend them off."Sir, that was really fast," Arjun remarked, trying to catch his breath.Amir's response was unwavering, "Arjun, this is only the beginning. You'll need to face many more like these."Arjun hesitated and admitted, "Sir, I don't know if I can."Amir's tone remained resolute as he offered an ultimatum, "Then drop that bat, head over to the kitchen, and prepare some tea for the players. Bring it to me."Arjun was torn, and his voice wavered as he responded, "Sir, I don't want to..."Amir's words left no room for further discussion, "In that case, simply be silent and focus on defending that ball."Arjun considered his choices and ultimately declared with conviction, "Sir, I don't want to leave, and I can't, because you've given me an opportunity at life. I share a special bond with this academy, and I want to play, sir."Amir nodded approvingly. "That's the spirit, Arjun. Now, head to the nets."

(This strict practice continued for straight 3 and a half years. From teen Arjun to under 19 Arjun grew up into an aggressive all-rounder.)
