My Hero | Park Jimin

O N E

"Suni, are you listening!?" my best friend shaked her hand across my face a couple times. "Oh yeah, sorry, I got lost in my thoughts, once again.." I sighed. She nodded while rolling her eyes. Classic Misuki. Well, Mi, for short. The bell rang as we parted ways, I'm sure gonna miss this place. I mumble softly.

Lunch

"So, Suni, are you coming to the beach with us later?" Misuki furrowed her eyebrows desperately. "Ugh. Fine." I bite into my sandwhich. "Oh wait.. Sorry Misuki. Can't come, I don't have a bikini." I smirk as I take a sip of tea. "Oh, don't worry. You can borrow one of mine!" Misuki jumps on top of me causing me to spill my tea. "Dumbass!" I shout causing her to laugh.

Later

I look at my watch sadly, as I realize I have to head off to the beach now. I can't swim very well. I grab my towel, sunscreen, and my sunglasses. I don't bother to bring a bikini, because I know Misuki is bringing an extra one for me. I started walking to the beach, as smack a few mosquitoes away from my face. "Damn you mosquitoes, you will regret the day you messed with me!" I curse softly. I'm an idiot, talking to bugs, I giggle..

At the beach

"Suni, here put this on!" Misuki reached me a white bikini with pineapples on the top. "Oh.. Thanks!" I fake smile as I walk to the bathroom and change. I smear sunscreen over my arms and legs, not too much though. I walk out awkwardly as I notice a couple new people hanging with Misuki, a tall boy with silver hair, a girl with black hair and blue eyes, oh, and another boy with brown hair. I look away awkwardly, as one of the guys catch me looking at him. I walk over to the surf boards and grab one, and take it to the into the ocean. I start gaining my balance as I catch a few waves. I was doing tricks, showing off. Everything was going well. I smiled as Misuki steadied her phone, trying to snap a picture of me. I ty to strike a pose but end of falling off the board. I see blue. I can't breath. I try to swim up but I end up getting caught under the board.

Lifeguards POV

I prop my feet up on the seat beside me. It's too hot. My feet burn now. Ouch. I stand up as I see a girl fall off her surfboard and not come back up. I take off running as fast as I can. I can't help but to think what will happen, if I can't save her. I push myself into the water, swimming as fast as I can until I met the surfboard, I went under water trying to pull her up but her leg was stuck on the board. I pull off the tie stuck to her foot, causing me to break the board. I finally get her, and carry her bridal style to the beach where I placed her down gently. She was beautiful, glowy skin, black hair, long eyelashes, plump pink lips, and a perfectly shaped nose. I placed my hand over her chest to see if I could maybe feel her breathe. But she wasn't breathing.. I place my hands over her chest, beginning to push down super hard multiple times, taking breaks in between. After failing for the last time, I have no choice but to give her mouth to mouth.. I place my lips over hers, and blow. Her lips were soft and plump, she's so beautiful. I keep repeating mouth to mouth, until she finally, coughs out water and starts breathing again. "Miss, do you know where you are? Do you know you're name? Are you hurt anywhere? Are you okay?" I question her with intense concern.

Suni's POV

"Miss, do you know where you are? Do you know you're name? Are you hurt anywhere? Are you okay?" the strange man overflows me with questions... I don't answer in shock of what just happened to me.. He's quite handsome if you ask me.. Silver hair, fair skin, high cheekbones, glowy skin, just a hint of makeup, oh and those lips.. Plump, a subtle pink shade. His eyes, a beautiful blue, a possibility that he's wearing contacts. He's perfect. I stare at him noticing each and every detail on his face. "Mam?.." he raises his eyebrows with concern. "Yes.. I'm fine.. Thank you." I whisper subtly, not making sense.. "Are you sure? Do you need a hospital?" He smiles slightly. I shake my head, meaning no. I stand up slowly and so does he, I look down realizing he was holding my hand. I smile awkwardly as I hug him as a way to thank him for being my hero today, he saved me.

Lifeguard's POV

She pulls me into a hug. which surprises me, I was took back a little bit. I hug back, she smells like japanese cherry blossom, I love her scent. She smiles at me revealing her hidden white smile. Her eyes were a beautiful shade of emerald green. She's perfect. Like an angel sent from above.. Soon enough she releases the hug. "I never caught your name?" I smile at her trying to get her to tell me her name. "Suni, Song Suni! And you?" she giggles slightly. "Jimin, Park Jimin."
