Keith PoV
Hunk and I race to Pidge's house, the only reason I know Pidge is because Matt, their older brother, and Shiro used to date. Pidge and I were friends, but everytime Matt saw me he visibly flinched, so I had to stop seeing Pidge for his sake, I still don't know what happened between them but based on Matt's reactions and Shiro's anger issues, it couldn't have been a pretty sight. As we arrive at the Holt's house I see Pidge and Matt outside, Hunk and I rush to help Matt, he's in much worse shape then I thought, he was bleeding heavily and covered in cuts. "What happened?" I hear Hunk ask. "Matt's crazy ex-boyfriend attacked him." She answered, I assumed she didn't recognize or notice me at first. "Who is this?" I hear them ask, I guess they didn't recognize me. I mouth to Hunk to call me Fiery Samurai, so he did. "Oh yeah, Pidge, this is the great Fiery Samurai." He said. Pidge looked shocked "REALLY!" They exclaimed. "He looks oddly familiar." They state. I realize I have to say something so I respond with "Let's just say the person that did that to your brother is the same person who did this to me." I say pointing at my now broken and swelling nose. "You know Shiro?" Matt asks quietly. "Sadly I live with him." I responded. When I said that, Pidge realized who I was, "KEITH!" They exclaimed, "you're Fiery Samurai?!" They questioned. They then realized what I said and looked sadly. "I'm sorry for what my brother did to you Matt." I say guiltily. He sighs "Don't apologize," he says "you didn't do this to me." I can tell he's pitying me, he knows how hard it is to be around Shiro, and he probably realizes that it's been worse since he broke up with Shiro. We arrive at the hospital and rush Matt in. He can't have visitors for awhile so the three of us sit out in the waiting room. Hunk and Pidge are talking, probably about me. I suddenly see Lance, I'm wondering what he's doing here and go up to talk to him.

Lance PoV
My mom has been in the hospital for almost two weeks now. After a terrible car accident she's been in a coma. "Hey Lance?" I hear, I look up to see that mullet kid I have psych with, I think his name was Keith. "Oh hey Keith." I say putting on my signature fake smile. "We've never really have had a conversation before but I saw you here and wanted to make sure everything was alright." He States. I really smile now, people usually don't care enough to ask how I am, it's usually about my famous sister. "Oh yeah, I'm just here for my mom." I face palm realizing that I told him about my mom, something my best friends don't even know. "Oh is she okay?" He asks looking concerned. I quickly change the subject and ask "Why are you here Keithy Boy" he cringes and the last part, I chuckle. "I'm here for my old friends brother, he was attacked. I'm also here with my somewhat friend Hunk." He says. I didn't know he knew Hunk. Hunk and I work at the same cafe, he actually helped me get a job there out of the kindness of his heart. We became really close friends after that. "Wait you know Hunk?" I ask. "Yeah I've known him for a few years." He answers. I smirk "Nice, now where is the puffball." I say. He laughs at the nickname, and not gonna lie, his laugh is nice and real. "Hey Hunk" I say "how's it going?" He notices me and responds with "Oh hey Lance, I'm doing fine, I'm just here for a friend." He motions over to the girl? beside him, I think it's a girl at least. "I decided to check out that game you've been telling me about." I state. He looks amused and responds with "I know "Ice Shooter", what even type of name is that." He starts laughing at the ending. I stand there looking shocked, how did he know. "Wait, this is Ice Shooter, I was expecting someone younger with a name like that." I hear the person next to Hunk say. I fake offense. "How do you guys even know about that?" I ask. Keith looks at me like I'm an idiot, that's when I start putting it all together. So Hunk is Chocolate Thunder, the chick by him is Toxic Pidgeon, and that would leave Keith as "FIERY SAMURAI!" I exclaim shocked. "Ding Ding Ding, also my name is Pidge and I'm non-binary." They say as if they could read my thoughts.
