The perfect guy

"Great show Hails" my mom said as I got off stage. "Thanks Mom" I say as I take off my earpiece. I head to my dressing room ready for some alone time. "Hey Hailee when do you wanna get in the studio and record some more?" My Mom asked as she looked down on an iPad while she followed me to my dressing room. "Uhmmm not sure Mom but not tonight I need some alone time" I say to my mom as I went in the dressing room. Truth is I wanted to face time Niall. He's a great friend and I love being around him he's hilarious and smart and cute- wait I didn't say that. I can't like my best friend. Even if I did he would never feel the same. He's way out of my league and I don't wanna loose him. Not that I have him. Well I mean I have him as a friend and that's all I want. Maybe....
My thoughts are interrupted by a constant buzzing and I looked down to see my phone ringing.
|Nialls P.O.V|
"Hey Hails" I say as she picks up.
"Hey Ni how are you I missed you" that nickname brought a smile to my face. Nobody else calls me that and I wanna keep it that way.
" I missed you too how's the tour going" I ask as I scratch the back of my neck. "It's been good, tiring but good" she replied. I can't help but stare at her while she starts to talk about the tour. She looks beautiful. Crap. I don't know why but I feel different around Hailee than around my other girl best friends. I love being around her. She is amazing. " Hey Ni hun you paying attention?" She asked me snapping me out of my thoughts. " Yeah, Love I am" I sat back. I love her nicknames for me. I like that we've gotten so close over the years. I always wondered if we were more than just a friendship. I think I like her. Oh crap.
"Hey so Cameron called me today" she says with a hint of nervousness in her voice. I felt weird. I can't be jealous.... can I? " It's like he can't get enough of me" she jokes. Yup.... it's jealousy. "Hey Hails I gotta go" I say as I quickly hang up. I have to go talk to someone and figure this out....

    "Hey Hails I gotta go" he says. He sounded off and distant. I wonder what's going on with him. I hope nothing bad happened I care too much about him and I don't wanna see him hurt. My thoughts are interrupted as my mom walks in. "Hey Hailee you gotta get changed you can't be in that and sleep or we'll do anything for that matter come on sweetheart." She stops when she notices me just staring at a turned off iPhone. "Hailee is everything okay?" " Uh yea Mom everything's fine" She doesn't look convinced. "Is it really" "Yea...." I say in a quiet voice. My mom raises her eyebrow.                              "            "Fineeee not everything's alright Mom I think I might like my best friend and I was just talking to him and he sounded a little off and I think he found out and I don't wanna loose him" I start to ramble on and on about how I don't wanna loose him. Not my proudest moment.
    "What huh slow down who's the friend" my mom asks cautiously. "Uhh well it sorta maybe kinda might be Niall...." I say. She looks at me with surprise. "Wait I thought you already figured that out" she says. "You two are always talking and whenever someone mentions him you start to blush" she starts. "And you won't stop talking about him" she says. "Well I.... I never....ugh" I stutter.
"We'll get changed cuz some of your friends are here to take you out" my mom says. What? Who I thought. I quickly get changed and come out of the dressing room and as I saw who it was a smile on my face grows. " Hey girls" I saw to the pitch perfect cast. "Hey Hailee" the all said unison. "Guess what Kendrick is still small" Britt jokes. "Yeah well you're still.... hot?" She says. "I swear sendrick is real guys" rebel says and we all start laughing. We all get on the bus that we have and I start thinking about Niall again as we say in silence. I hope he's ok. "What's up hails" Rebel says as she sits next to me. "We'll do you know who Niall Horan is?" I ask. "Well duh 1/5 of one direction and yes I still count zayn in one direction and well they were all best friends once and hopefully they're still as close" Rebel rambles. "Rebel I get it yea you know him" I say getting impatient. "So do you apparently" Kendrick cuts in. "What uhm yea I guess I know him well actually I really do he's a great friend of mine and he's smart and funny and attractive- CRAP WHY DO I KEEP SAYING THAT" I scream frustrated. They all look at me with curiosity. "Wait do you like like him?" Britt asks intrigued. "Well I- uh I don't not like him and uh yea" I stutter. "Oooooooooooo Hailee gotta little crush on a hot dude" Rebel starts to tease me. I can't believe I actually do like him. I don't wanna loose him. Rebel stops teasing me when she sees the look on my face. "Hey it's alright, after all my years of stalking one direction I know Niall won't hurt you" she says seriously. "Yea and if he does I'll kill him" Ester says. I love Ester. She's always been protective over me like a big sister. "It'll be ok just talk to him" Rebel says. "Anyways so is he fun to chat to, does he like pitch perfect, is he a good person, is he supportive of your singing and acting" Rebel starts asking me all these questions. "Shouldn't you know most of these since practically stalked him and his friends forever"I reply. "Well yea but I wanna know the good stuff like we've met but never really talked" she says. "Oh well I can let you guys meet him if you want" I say. Everyone looks up and starts to talk about what they should wear when Britt says something. "Hey hails how does it feel to be crushing on a guy who looks like me" she says. That's weird. "Well.... uhhhh.... idk" I say. "I don't know why people say we look alike, but when I met him he was a real gentleman and we talked for a while and he seems great for you Hailee" Britt says. I smile and decide to text Niall asking him to meet the girls. 
                                 \Hey Ni I was talking about you to my friends and do you wanna meet them?/
I send the text as we get off the bus to go to the restaurant.

I smile as I see who texted me. I wonder what she told them about me. Hopefully nothing bad.
                                     \ Yeah sure Hails, just tell me when and where and I'd like you to meet my friends too/
     I got out of the car I was in and walk to my mates house. I didn't know who else to go to so I called them all over here. "Hey boys" I say as Harry, Liam,Louis, and Zayn all look at me with confusion. "Why are we all here and why my house"Harry says. "Well I need to talk to you about someone and your house Harold was the closest" I say laughing at his expression. " Well I would've tidied up a bit if you told me you boys were coming" Harry says picking up a couch cushion that was on the floor. "Dude I need to tell you guys something" I say impatiently.
"I think I might like Hailee" I say in a quite tone. "Really bro it's pretty obvious you two like each other, you spent so much time together plus the way you look at her bro we already knew you did" Zayn says. We are all on good terms now with Zayn. At first yea we were a little surprised but now we all support each other and I'm glad we are all good friends. "Yea liam you owe me 20 bucks" louis says as Liam hands over a 20. I get a text message ending our conversation.
                                  \ That'd be great Ni how about tomorrow evening at my house for dinner?/

Hey guys so this was my first fan fic and I hope you liked it. I love Niall and Hailee and they have been rumored to be dating and if they are well good for them and if they aren't that's also fine. This is just a little something for fun and I hope you enjoy this. The next chapter should be up by tomorrow.
