Bloody roses

In the nitid light of the moon shining down the bedroom window,

I suffer from the great torment and distress of cupid's piercing arrow.

Struck by the compelling arrow alone without the other half,

I fell too deeply in love in which cannot be explained through words and paragraphs.

.

Through the night with the moon glowing still,

I dawdled the springy turf as the night gave me chills.

A blazing meteor touched the ground right before my eyes,

Gave me an anomalous sentiment that could lead to my demise.

.

The conflagration continued at the enormous garden filled with lilacs and roses,

Gasped as the blaze cooled off while the lilacs bloom and the roses dripped blood.

There I saw a girl unruffled where my mind began to ruminate a thousand poems,

Never for the destruction she caused but the beauty before the meteor created the thud.

.

She slowly stood up and began to open her glamorous eyes,

My heart bursted with great fondness as it looked like the stars from heaven.

I went to her with butterflies in my stomach to compromise,

She looked vulnerable as the garden never looked like haven.

.

I stepped forward as the ground trembled as if it might rupture,

The roses grew longer at the aisle of where she was along with its thorns.

I shouted in agony while I was on my way to capture,

Not to seize but to save her from the growing catastrophe.

.

I felt weak and fragile because of the scars from the thorn of the roses,

Blood dripped from my legs and arms but I still tried to move closer.

From a different view comes a person with an armor and a sword as it passed through,

I tried my best to reach her out before somebody else would.

.

As we both ended up infront of her at the same time,

We reached our hand to the girl to choose a hero from the night time.

There I was covered almost in blood and mud,

While the man in shining armor looked spotless and unsoiled.

.

Without exerting a grand effort from the trials we both went through,

It looked very easy of him to surpass as if it never required him to struggle.

She finally decided and she reached the hand of the man in shining armor and I felt untrue,

Both of them was smiling while I knelt down my knee and quivered as my heart felt trouble.

.

Minutes passed and came the heavy downpour while I was still on my knees,

Followed by the gust of wind that blinded my eyes with melancholy.

Came the lightning and the thunder that struck the garden as it produced another fire,

A great inferno befell before me as I felt the defeat but managed to be at ease.

.

I smiled whilst carrying the burden of my emotions,

I rest in peace as placid as the waves from the ocean.

She was my beginning and my end,

From hell I was ensnared and now from heaven I ascend.
