Jack Frost's POV:

Pitch: "Well well well, things have turned out better than expected. "

He said these words with  a nonchalant self-assured tone, as though a girl hadn't just died before him. He truly was the King of Nightmares.

Jack:"How could this be better than expected!? She's dead and it's all your fault!"

Pitch: "But is it truly my fault?"

Jack: "Of course it is, it was your arrow that killed her!"

Pitch: "That is true no doubt, however I don't recall aiming my weapon her way. I aimed at you Jack. "

I couldn't handle the meaning behind his words. I laid her down gently and got up, her blood frozen on my hoodie. I tried my best to conceal my rage and pain, but my powers betrayed my demeanor. Each step I took froze the ground around solid, and a blizzard began to engulf the world around us.

North:"Jack! Don't let his words get to you, he is manipulating you! Jack!"

I turned back and cast a sharp glance at the other guardians, silently commanding them to stay out of this. I saw her behind me, all dressed in white with her lovely wings opened wide at her sides and her arms crossed. She truly looked like a snow angel now, if it weren't for the horrid shade of red  blood and the black arrow.

Pitch: "Did I strike a nerve? I've never seen you so mad Jack."

I didn't listen to a word he said, holding my staff I began attacking him with my full force.

Pitch: "She's gone because of you Jack, because you tried to attack me. Had you have coerced her to go back with you guardians she would still be the Amorette you know!"

Jack: "Shut up! You don't know anything about her!"

Pitch: "Oh but I will, I will. All in due time."

I launched attack after attack at him but in the darkness he had the home field advantage.  The other guardians tried to intervene, but I blocked them off with a wall of ice. I wouldn't let anyone get in the way of my revenge.

Pitch: "Your'e so naive Jack, in all this time you've learned nothing! Join me and together we can unlock your true potential! Your moral compass does nothing but hinder you!"

Jack: "I would never join a murderer like you! If having morality means I will be weak, then I will remain weak for the rest of my existence!"

Pitch: "I was hoping that in the time since our last encounter you had reconsidered. I suppose having a few children believe in you would have that effect. I will succeed in my plans with or without you however."

He made a sign with his hands and in the darkness I saw his eyes glow. I heard a soft sound from behind me. I turned and looked and my heart dropped. I lost my concentration and the ice wall fell, the guardians all had their weapons wielded but they dropped them as soon as they saw.
