*Next week*

Avery's POV

I still haven't gotten over ashton. I still cry myself to sleep at night. I still haven't gone to school. I still haven't told anyone about what me and him had. I'm not fine at all. But I need to forget everything and get ready to get out of the house. Jade, Jenn, and Austin are taking me to Starbucks bc it's me and Austin's birthday. yayyy. (note the sarcasm.) I don't want to get up!! I don't want to leave! I don't want to ever see people again!!!! I just want to wake up and not remember anyone. I want all the pain to leave. ughh. ashton was my first real boyfriend. he was my first kiss. my first love. and now my first heartbreak. why does this have to happen?

Calum's POV

Ashton hasn't come out of him and Mikeys room since he talked to avery. he really screwed up. He's making mikey sleep in the guest room. I feel bad for him. "hey he still hasn't come out?" Luke says walking up to me. "nope and I don't think he ever will. he really loved her but he went and screwed up by having you know what with the schools slut." I said turning to him. "ohhh that's bad. and cal just say the word it's not a bad word. And I'm gonna make a coffee run so bye." he said grabbing his coat and walking out. "byeee!" I shouted before Luke walked out. Awwww man lets go see if ash will get up and take a shower.

Avery's POV

Jade decided that we should leave now bc of lunch rush. I don't get it. why does everyone feel bad about me and not Austin? him and Andrea broke up. she's already looking for other people. he's still mourning like me. Right now I'm standing in line waiting to order and they have this really tall blonde dude in front of me. I'm like an ant compared to him. "AVS!!" Austin screams. "what?" I turn back at him. "did you hear what we wanted?" he replied. "no" I giggled. "okay then I want a tall mocha frap. Jenn wants a venti caramel frap with soy and no whip cream and jade wants the same as you." he chuckles out. "okay I'm just waiting on green freaking giant here to order" I say turning to the tall blonde. Austin laughs and starts a conversation with someone behind him. "I'm sorry for being so green freaking giant tall." the blonde turns and laughs. "no no I was just kidding." I laugh. the boy walks to the other side to get his coffee and I walk up and order. after I pay we all step out of line and wait on our names to be called. I see the blonde texting away on his phone and I decide to 'accidentally' run into him. I walk by him and playfully nudge his arm. "sorry." I say laughing. "it's okay I was just texting my buddy to see if he is okay." he says laughing. "I'm Avery." I extend out my hand for him to shake it. "Luke." he answers shaking my hand. "So Luke what's up with your buddy? if you don't mind me asking" I say looking up at him. he looks down and says "he's going through girl trouble. he went to a party and got wasted and accidentally had sex with a girl who looked like her. now he's moping in his room. he really loved that girl. I don't know her name. but he described her. she had blonde hair and blue eyes like you. and she was really pretty like you." he managed to say with out blushing. "That sounds like what I'm going through.-" before I could finish Luke's name was being called then mine and the rest of the gang. I grabbed my coffee and turned around to tell Luke something but all I could manage to get out was, "hopefully I can see you again." And I think he said same here before I was pulled away by Austin. "let's go avery!" Jenn said. we got in the car and jade drove us to Andreas house to talk about this date with this guy. okay this is gonna be fun....
