When people heard the name Cheryl Blossom a lot of mixed feelings came up. Some people admired her for her long, soft red hair and her flawless face while others  disliked her for her rude comments she said to people when she wasn't in a good mood. But there's one thing they  could all agree on. She's been through hell, and her strength was something they all looked up to. Aside from knowing the shocking details about Riverdale's latest tragedy revolving around the Blossom family, no one knew much about Cheryl. She never showed her true colors to anyone, so nobody could tell you what Cheryl actually was like. Well. Perhaps her closest friends, Veronica Lodge and Kevin Keller could. They've been by Cheryl's side since kindergarten and never once thought about leaving it. They'd keep replying to the question what Cheryl was actually like which was asked by many curious students with "She has a good heart." and it seemed like they actually meant it.

"I need you guys to be nice to Fangs and his friends, alright? He really does mean a lot to me." Kevin had been speaking non stop about Fangs and his friends and how we'll better be totally nice to them, ever since the news that the Southsiders would attend at our school came out. Fang's was Kevin's first boyfriend which made him overreact over the tiniest things. Like when we had to convince him for three hours that Fangs wouldn't break up with him just because he didn't text him for a day. Fangs was also a member of the Serpents a group of criminals as I thought, but I tried to push my negative feelings towards the Serpents aside. For Kevin. He was now noticeable nervous which I could tell by him constantly playing with his green sweater, which he borrowed from Fangs. "It'll be fine.", I said trying to make him feel less nervous, "Well, and when was the last time I wasn't an actual angel?". "This morning.", Veronica answered while she was awkwardly starring at her former girlfriend Betty Cooper and her new boyfriend Jughead Jones, who were kissing right in the middle of the cafeteria, "She saw Jughead and Betty kissing in the hallway so she told them to stop staining the hallway." Kevin started laughing. "Well she wasn't lying." I also started laughing. "Thank you. Finally someone appreciates me." "Well act-.", Veronica started her sentence before she was interrupted by Kevin. "Guys, they're coming. If you aren't nice to them I'll kill you both." "I'd love to see you try but I'll do it because, I love you." I reached for Kevin's hand like I always did when he was nervous. He started to stop shaking which made me smile for a second. As soon as the Serpents entered the room, the whispering which made the room unbearably loud suddenly stopped. All eyes were directed to them.  The first person to enter the room was Fangs Fogarty, Kevin's boyfriend. He was wearing his serpent jacket over a grey sweater and his brown eyes were sparkling from across the room. They were kind of mesmerizing. The next person was his best friend, Sweet Pea. Neither of us knew much about him besides that he's been Fang's best friend ever since they were born. The next people to enter the room weren't some whose names I'd remember. Some of them looked totally intimidating while others were smilling, but neither of them were special. The last person to enter the room totally changed that. My breath stopped for a second. I already knew that acting like I've never seen the pink haired beauty who confidently walked across the room, would be the hardest thing ever. Fangs and Sweet Pea sat down right next to Kevin, after Fangs greeted Kevin with a kiss. "Oh, I think I forgot to introduce you to Toni Topaz.", he pointed at the tiny pink haired Serpent , who was awkwardly standing right next to Fangs, not knowing what to do. "Yeah actually, Cheryl and I already met once.", she said shyly and spoke out exactly what I wanted to say. The fact that she remembered my name made me smile a bit, which lead to Veronica giving me one of her judgemental looks. "We've met at a party and talked.", I answered knowing I wasn't exactly telling the truth.
