Chapter 1 *Starting Fresh*

I'm a HUGE fan of Jai Waetford and have loved him since his audition. this is my first fan fiction so not my best guys but I'm trying

Keatas P.O.V

It's been three days since we to of plane 2048 from England. Me and my mum have moved to Sydney. It's nice here with the sun but the winter breeze makes me shiver every time.

Its a Monday morning and my alarm screams in my ear, I slowly open my eyes and drag myself out of bed.

"Keata come down and eat some breakfast before school" My mum (Janis) screams across the house.

"I'm coming in a sec just let me have a shower" I yell back at her. I walk into the pristine white bathroom and turn the shower on, after that I walk into my room and put on my new school clothes. I chucked some short white high socks and put on my black vans. Then walking towards the other side of my room I brush my wavey brown to blonde hair and part it. I quickly pick up my side bag and stuff al my books in it. I walked downstairs to breakfast sitting on the table *cornflakes* I quickly eat then race out the door while still yelling out to mum "Bye love you" I race out onto the street and walk towards the huge school gates. I'm early just what I wanted. I walked over to the office and booked myself in then went and found my locker. I put all my books in except my Science ones then went off to find my classroom S02. After about half an hour I worked out where I was going then the bell went. I headed off in the direction and stood infron of the door waiting. About 2 minutes went by and I was greeted with a tall smiley man, "You must be Keata I heard you were coming." the teacher said raising a brow. I guess he heard about my behaviour in my old school, I wasn't the best student there. The teacher led us in and I took my seat at a spare spot at the back, I got out my book and pen.

"Alright students, we have a new girl today, her name is Keata!!" he said yelling, everyone turned to me. I just ignored them and looked down * I started to blush * after about 5 minutes I looked up and wrote the writing on the board. Then put of the corner of my eye I see two eyes staring through the panels. I looked confused but just ignored it, out of nowhere I heard a huge laugh from where I saw the eyes. I instantly turned to see a boy with chocolate brown eyes and hair put to the side at the door. He had the goofiest grin but still looked adorable.

"Jai it's nice for you to join us, take a seat and hurry please " said the teacher raising a brow. Jai started walking over to me, and sat down next to me even though there was two other spare seats.

" Are you new? " I hear a voice next to me.

" um-uh y-yeah " I say blushing like crazy. He giggled before saying

" you're cute when you blush " I looked down covering my face with my hair. he laughed a little, I think he could see me blushing.

Jai's P.O.V

So I walk into the classroom where Mr bidson gives me cheak, then I notice a girl. I havnt seen her before she had; brown to blonde ombre hair, sparkling ocean blue eyes and red lips. I was amazed at my sights and sat right next to her. I asked her a question which made her blush, then I admitted that she was cute which made her blush even more! I hardly even know the girl yet I'm saying she is cute. I then ask her another question " Did you want to hang out with me today? " she looked up then said " If you don't mind? " which made her blush. " of course I don't mind, considering I just offered " I giggled to myself, which made her crack a little giggle too. science went fast and the bell went which ment hanging with Keata!! She walked out and went to her locker, I went to mine, which ended up right next to hers. I put my stuff in and grabbed some food then closed the door. I waited behind Keata's door, she closed it and I gave her a fright. she looked down instantly and started playing with the hem of her shirt. I noticed that she was imbarrised so I took her to the huge old maple tree * which is were we all sit * the minute I was in view I was tackled to the ground by Trent * My best mate almost my brother * he whispered to me " Who's that " he said with a cheaky grin. " Keata she is new here and I dibs her " I said with a wide grin. Trent got of me and went straight over to Keata,

" hello " he said nicely till I push him out of the way and introduce her to the others. "This is Trent my best mate and this is Cameron, Ryan, josh, and the girls Selena and Sally" Keata instantly talks to the girls. I kept staring at her, noticing she was doing the same.

Keata's P.O.V

I kept noticing that jai was looking at me all break, I don't know why though. He was attractive and amazing adorable and he could get any girls.... so why me? finally the bell went I tried to figure out how to get to P03 which is my English. I looked at my school map trying to work out where I was going * which was hopeless * put of no where a familiar voice said "Need some help there cutie?" It was jai obviously. "Uh uhm naah I got it" I said (lying) I start to head to the left of the school until I hear " You know P03 is this way right? " he said with a giggle. "Here I'll show you" I swear I was blushing central. I followed him

Second break came way too fast but I was excited to see jai again. wait what no I only just met him I can't like him!! I walked to my locker to see to my surprise that jai was standing there waiting for me. I walked over and put my books got my lunch and went of with jai. "Um so how was English and History?" jai asked. "Good but boring" I said with a smile.
