"What is happening?" Marcus demanded.

"We should head out," Maya stood, dragging Finn along with her.

"Clarke?" Jake asked. "I thought you two had stopped bickering this way."

"It's complicated," Clarke sighed.

"It's really not," Bellamy shrugged. "You'll shun any one who doesn't hold a candle to Wells!"

"Dad, I'll see you tomorrow," Clarke said.

Jake looked uneasy, but he waved and left, closing the front door behind him.

Bellamy started for the stairs.

"Oh, hell no!" Clarke yelled. "What is your problem, Bellamy?!"

"Like you don't fucking know! I come home to find your ex with his eyes glued to you and his hands on you?" He started walking up the stairs again.

"You're just going to do this again, huh?" She demanded. "Fucking walk away when I want to talk?"

"Guys!" Marcus called.

"Looks like you have a pattern, Princess!"

"I do not! But at least he treated me like a fucking human being and never once did he run away!"

"Maybe that's just because you didn't throw him away for someone else!" Bellamy yelled.

"I didn't throw you away, Bellamy!" She screamed. "I asked you to speak and you did this! Storming off and acting like a baby!"

He turned around, facing her from the stairs.

"Yet, you just proved my point," she sighed. This right here is exactly what I was talking about!"

Bellamy walked towards her, determination in his steps.

"Stop the fucking yelling!" Abby demanded, surprising everyone. "Sit. Down. Now." Her face was tense. "Raven," Abby addressed her, just now realizing she was still there.

"I can take a hint," Raven nodded. She stopped to hug Clarke tightly. "Call me, babe."

"Okay," Abby sighed deeply, trying to keep her composure. "Which one of you wants to tell me what the hell kind of fight you two just had?"

"You didn't invite him?" Bellamy asked, ignoring Abby.

"No! And you would have clearly seen that if you hadn't acted like such a dick!" She sighed. "That's one of your biggest damn problems, Bell. You ALWAYS jump to conclusions and lose your cool! Jesus, what would you have done if I had been at work and a boy hugged me? Threw an I.V. pole and gotten me fired?"

His brown eyes were intense. "You're right. You didn't deserve that. Or the last time we fought." He stood in front of her. "I'm sorry."

"Bellamy! Clarke!" Marcus's deep voice got their attention. "Mind telling us what the hell is going on?"

"Are you two dating?!" The horror was obvious in the question, making Clarke sigh.

"We are not dating." Abby visibly relaxed. "But, we were together all summer."

Abby looked as if she was going to faint. Marcus was so shocked it didn't look like he knew how to blink or breathe.

"Y-you've been sleeping together?!" Abby whispered.

"It's, it's complicated," Clarke explained.

"You're both old enough to understand that our marriage makes the two of you step siblings!" Marcus finally caught his breath.

"No, not really," Bellamy defended. "Plus, the two of us started before you two decided to drop your hidden relationship on us!"

"What the hell does that mean?" Marcus demanded.

"It means you two dated for months and months and hid it from us," Bellamy shrugged.

"This is completely different!" Abby shouted. "I can't believe this is happening. You go live with your father and suddenly I don't even know you any more."

"Really?" Clarke demanded. "Dragging Dad into this? That's funny since Dad never got mad at me for being with Finn. Dad made sure he knew where I was, just in case, but he never made me feel worse than dirt for having sex! Plus, I did much worse under your roof and under your nose than his!"

"Apparently!" Abby yelled.

"Two years ago! Two years ago, Mom!"

She gasped. "You told me you didn't sleep with anyone until Finn!"

Clarke crossed her arms. "I also told you that I did everything but. While I lived with you!"

A look crossed Abby's face. "No."

"Yep! I snuck out to go fool around with Bellamy!"

"She was the girl you snuck into your window?" Marcus asked. "She's the one I nearly caught?"

Bellamy nodded.

"You were seventeen years old! She was only fifteen! What in the world were you doing together?" Abby demanded, her anger turned to Bellamy now.

"Are isn't the issue," Clarke defended. "I know what I was doing!"

"I can't. I can't do this. I can't sit here and deal with this!" Abby paced. "Bellamy, maybe you should go back to your dorm."

"And why should he?" Clarke demanded. "He has to leave his father's house? Why not kick me out, instead?"

"I'm not kicking any one out! You two just, you just don't need to continue screwing under my roof," Abby huffed.

Marcus grabbed her shoulders, calming her. "The two of you head upstairs. We all need a breath before we continue this tomorrow."

"Send them to bed?" Abby asked. "So they can sleep together?"

"Not to be too blunt, but they've already crossed that line. I don't think that's on their mind tonight," Marcus urged. "Come on."

Clarke trudged up the stairs, Bellamy following her into her bedroom.

"I am sorry," Bellamy spoke, his voice low. "You didn't deserve anything I said, Clarke. I just, I saw red seeing you with him."

Clarke had her arms crossed, pissed, but she let them drop with a sigh. "Bellamy, every fear I had about our relationship has been aired out today. I tried to talk to you a few months ago and you lost your shit. Then, you show up with an amazing gift and we fuck. Then you go, because we couldn't be caught." She rubbed her forehead. "You are too jealous. You can't control your temper. And, we just aired it to our fucking parents."

Bellamy stepped towards her, wrapping his arms around her. She allowed herself to hold him. "You're right. If I wasn't so jealous, none of this would have happened." He pulled back, tilting her chin up. "I love you, Clarke Griffin."

Her heart stopped moving in her chest. Her lungs didn't fill.

"And before you ask, no not as a step brother. I love you. I love everything about you, Clarke," he rubbed her cheek.

She felt a tear roll down her cheek onto his thumb. "I love you, too, Bellamy."

He leaned down, kissing her tenderly.

"But, I'm still mad," she told him. "You were a complete dick today. And you can't do that. You can't start a fight with every guy who looks at me or talks to me."

"I know. I swear to you I will never fight with you that way again." He kissed her forehead. "Come on, baby. Let's get some sleep. Tomorrow isn't going to be pretty."
