The Blood Alchemist - Chapter 1

              

             Chapter 1 - Nightmares

"STOOOOOP , NOOOOOOOO!"

A scream ecoed from the walls of my  room , and glittering  tears flew from my eyes as I shot up in my bed.  

Covering  my ears and holding my eyes  as wide as possible , I feel how a warm liquid streams down my cheeks.

Looking around there was nothing  unusual , just some  by The curtains wich were floating in The Wind of my - carlessly as ever - still open window.

I calm down rather quickly , as always , when I realize it happend.Again.

"Another Nightmare ?"

I sigh anoyed and cringe my face , before hugging my knees while mumbling some swearwords.

Suddenly I hear knock at my door, which gave me almost a heart attack, and my head shot up in the Air.

"EEK!"

"Ajo-San? " I recognize The soft voice of The younger Elric Brother.

'Mh i wonder if e-'

"Geeez , Ajoooo~....cant i sleep  peacefully without having an heartattack?" Said a rather annoyed and tired voice.

Oh great…

A wild Ed appeared.

'Oh yeah there he is....i am almost NOT suprised '

I thought sarcasticly , imediantly Al interupted my thoughts.

" Brother don't Be so mean! And you could have slept ,

you wanted to Co- "

"First of all " interupted Ed him harshly and a little pissed.

" YOU wanted to go in the First place , Second how could i  NOT  go to Check on her after THAT scream? " he took a a deep breath

"And lastly , Mabye this time she will FINALLY tell us Why she screames! "

Al would look concerned and hurted , if he could.

" Guys! I am perfectly fine!" I said loudly and totally anoyed.

"Really? " Al asked in an sad and caring tone ,  Ed just sighs while crossing his arms.

" Really , you two worry to much...   I-I just had a Bad dream thats all "

I said softly , as my eyes  becoming numb I looked at them flashing a beautiful , reasuring….okay… faked smile.

Al buyed it immidiantly , while Ed looked even more concerned.

Ed sighs " Okay...But if there is anything w-" He begins just before I interupt him. A bit anoyed.

"I Know i come to you....dont treat me like a kid! "  I grinned wide.

"You know how much of a badass I am"

Al chuckeld a Bit and hit his brothers side lightly with his metal elbow.

"Okay , see brother ? Everythings fine! "

I can almost feel his mental smile.

'He Can Be a real cutie sometimes' I think smiling ' even of he is a bit naive'

Ed uncrossed one of his arms and layed his cheek in his automail hand , tilting his head lightly , staring at you for a while.

Oh hell no.

' shhhhhh- Please Ed! Buy it!  I don't Wan't your allknowing glare okay?!'

"Riiiight" he closes his eyes for a Moment , then smiles and finally realising his cheek from his Hand.      

"But you dont have to scream to Talk to me! "

He says comidic pointing at himself With his thumb.

"Oh yes my hero in shimmering armor , Who is The only reson im alive! "

you say  in a sarcastic tone….

.. while I am  feeling like i am burnig from inside out , needing all of my acting Talent so i don't go mad , and start throwing things at them , because they asked me whats wrong.

"Well then dear princess! "          

Ed replied With a wink and bowed deeply with a sarcastic smirk plastered on his face " sleep safe and well! "

He turns and goes quickly right out of my door , to the Hallway.         

" Brother wait! " Al shouts at direction hallway , them turns back to you ,  quickly bowing and almost smiling a

"Goodnight Ajo ! "

I smiled softly  " you too , Al! " then a shadow falls on my face as I turn your head towards The door. 

I shouted in an evil teasing tone:

"Goodnight , Knight Shortington. Gurdian of The midgeds and The drafs!"

Suddenly a dark Aura seems to spread from The hallway.

' oh my ' I mentally broke out in laughter.

It was super effective.

Al flinched  and would probably looked terrefied if he could , as  a death meanig shout bashes in your room. It's comming from The hallway:

" WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY?! I GONNA GIVE YOU A REASON TO CRY AJO!! "

" No brother! She just messes with you!" Quickly Alphonso rans to my door , saving my Life by calming his short ( Ha! ) maniac brother.

" I FUCKING SWEAR THIS TIME I KI-"

"NOOO~ BROTHER PLEASE STOP! DON' T GET SO MAD EVERYTIME SHE MESSES AROUND WITH YOU!

"LET ME GO!"

" NO ! NOT UNTIL YOU CALMED DOWN!"

Slowly The fighting and swearing faded as Al brought his Older brother to their droom.

I have to smile for a Moment.

' some things Never change…..'

My eyes became numb again.

' i wonder of Ed really noticed? Mabye he was just lost in thought….'

I sigh as i lay down again , sinking a bit into the matress.

' It's Good if he didn't ' you thought

Slowly The tears rise again blurring my sight.

' Even of it would actually Be….' Slowly I clenched my fists , as my red , short bangs fall in front of my face.

'A little sad…'

As I falled asleep , i heard the screams from the people from my past , still feelling the blood of them drying on your Hands.
