Y/n's Pov

Living forever was never fun for me. The only reason that I could survive was because of the company that I kept. Many people were different as no one could ever live as long as me but there was always a constant. A constant that I no longer have and will probably never have again.

"You know it's freaky when you zone out like that right?" Scott whispers as he bumps my shoulder to try and get my attention again. I shake my head and try to focus back on what we were talking about. "Sorry, got a bit distracted," I whisper, trying to remember what the conversation was about.

"We need to work out what he is planning," Jean says, turning to the rest of the group. "Well, we know who he is needing for his plan," I but in, looking over at Charles for help. He nods and starts to talk but Jean buts in and says, "Can we even be sure that your visions are even real? It's such a random thing!"

I roll my eyes at her while Charles says, "They are what we are basing all of this information on. Without the visions, we wouldn't even be looking into all of this and we would be at square one." I nod along with everyone else at the table. "So what do we do from here?" Jean asks. "We should find the girl that I saw," I say to the table, looking around at everyone for confirmation. Everyone nods and we look at Charles for further instruction.

He pulls away from the table and starts to drive away. "Come with me Y/n," I whisper as he passes. I start to get up but Scott puts his hand on my arm to stop me. I lightly shake it off and walk after Charles. As we leave the room I quickly look over my shoulder to make sure that no one else is following us.

"You ok?" Charles asks me after a while of silence. "As well as I can be," I say, looking around to make sure that there is no one else around. "I know you aren't telling us everything that you have seen," He says as we get closer to Cerebro. "I don't have to talk about everything I see," I whisper, really hoping that some of my visions don't come true.

"You can talk to me about anything," Charles says as the doors open up to Cerebro. "I know, this is just painful and honestly hope it doesn't come true," I say, knowing full well that it probably will and I'll end up broken. He nods and puts on his helmet.

"Why did you ask me to come with you anyway?" I ask as he starts to look through all the mutants that he can find. He chuckles a little and says, "You are the only one that knows what she looks like." I nod and try to focus in on all the faces that are flashing by.

"What if we can't find her? Or she wants to be Magneto's weapon?" I ask Charles, fear starting to grip me as I scan through every person that is flashing in front of me. "We will figure it out, first we need to look through these people," Charles says, moving the faces around a little slower so I can get a good look at them. "Her!" I point after a while, finally seeing her flash in front of us. Charles nods and we print out where we should be able to locate her.

"Get this to Scott and Ororo, get them to go out and look for her," Charles says as he moves away. "What about you?" I ask, walking alongside him. "We'll have to make some room for our guess." I nod to him and run down the hall, hoping that Scott and Ororo are still in the room that we left him in.
