Mia's P.O.V
It's been a week here in the hospital. Tyler has always been by my side either I'm asleep or awake.
He's gonna be the perfect husband or boyfriend to any girl out there believe me. He acts silly when he's out there but get to know him you'll like him.
Derrick, April, and Muriel had paid visits as well. They'd brought cards and well wishes. It's nice to have friends that care about you and not benefit from you. I felt special although my family couldn't make me feel that way.
It's not fun staying in a hospital for a whole damn week! The smell of drugs, antiseptics and injections can make you throw up. Seriously. It's disgusting. I'm kinda relieved because I'll be discharged today but I ain't going home. Maybe I'll be at Muriel's or April's. Don't ask me why I'm not going home
"You're coming over to my house. We have history class this week and I can't lose some marks unlike last week" Tyler said like I were his daughter.
I didn't object. He'd helped me through my difficult times.
"Sure" I agreed "Thanks"
"Come on, you really don't need to do such. We're now friends " he said giving a wink.
I smiled at him.
He's very beautiful.

*3hours later*
I was at Tyler's. His house is very spacious and well designed. I didn't notice that the last time I was here
"You're welcome to my house" he began closing the door carefully "now I'm not alone"
Tears welled up in my eyes "thanks Tyler. You've helped me a lot. I'll be forever grateful for this"
He chuckled "it's okay. You've been through a lot recently. I understand what you're going through and I really can't bare to see you sad "
I hugged him. I just had to "you deserve this one "
He chuckled "I worked for it"
We laughed.
"Come on now, let's eat something. By the way where's everyone? " I asked curiously
"Uh Brittany is at her boyfriend's and my "so called" parents went on a business trip.
I pinched his left arm "they're your parents Tyler"
"I don't wanna talk about this " he said feeling slightly annoyed
I touched his left shoulder calmly "are you okay? "
He removed my hands away and faced me "fuck it, I don't wanna talk about this! Can't you get that into your head? "
I was shocked "Tyler? "
He realized what he had done and ran up the stairs.
I felt hurt.

Tyler's P.O.V
I was angry. It's so frustrating to think about those people, really. Anyways I'd yelled at Mia and I had to apologize to her.
Just then, the door opened. It was her. She was holding a tray, I guess she brought some food.
She sighed and dropped the tray on the center table. "Here,have lunch. I'm sure you're famished".
I felt guilty once again. She was upset and I knew it. But she didn't show it at all. I actually thought all girls are the same that would scream the whole time. Instead, she did like nothing happened.
"Tha....... Thanks" I stuttered "by the way I'm sorry" I said with my heads down. It was really hard to look into her eyes.
She gave a faint smile "come on Tyler, why are you apologizing? "
I gave her a surprised look "what?"
"Forget it. I'll be back soon"
I admired her walking steps. It's quite cute for a girl.

Mia's P.O.V
Tyler and I were watching a comic. It was quite interesting. I remember Henry would be laughing his ass out if he were here.
"I miss you so much " I thought loudly. I then buried my heads in my palms. My life just became sad all of a sudden. Maybe it's God's plan.
"Are you okay?" Tyler asked holding my hands tightly. I really loved the warmth that I didn't want to let go.
I nodded "of course" I said wiping my tears with a soft paper. "I'm good"
He touched my face and cupped it in his hands. I could only see passion and concern deep in his eyes.
"You're obviously telling a lie you know that right?" He began gently "I know you aren't being real"
I swallowed and hugged him very tightly "I miss my family"
He stroked my hair gently "don't cry Mia. I'm here for you now okay?" He assured confidently
I joined my hands with his "Yes Tyler."
He smiled and placed my head on the muscular walls of his chest. I actually felt very secure for the first time in a long time.
I guess I've found my prince charming.
Idiot.

*The next day*
Tyler's P.O.V
"Okay we're done with this one at least" Mia said closing the refrigerator "I feel tired"
We just finished our history project.
My phone rang. I checked who was calling
Derrick.
Fool.
I picked up the phone and answered "hey bro what's up? "
He chuckled "I heard Mia is at your house"
"Who told you? " I asked
"So I heard "
I heaved a sigh "Yeah she is. Any problem? "
"I'm coming over " he said and hung up.
"Huh" I muttered.
"Tyler we really need to talk " Mia said placing the strands of hair that fell to her face to the back of her ear "I don't care if you beat me up "
I smirked " I'm a gentleman. Can't do such. I can only yell and get really furious "
She rolled her eyes "as I said earlier, I DON'T CARE "
"Okay"
"You. ....." she began when the doorbell rang.
"I'll see who it is " I said giving a little smile.
I opened the door. It was Derrick
"Hey bro" he said giving a friendly punch "I sight someone familiar "
I closed the door and pinched his arm "don't be ridiculous "
"Shut up. I guess  you  remember I've got that video of you and Wendy in the bathroom" he said and gave a wicked grin.
"Derrick. Don't do this please. I  can't afford to lose her"
"Same here T" he said and winked 
"But Derrick you can't do this. You're using my weakness to get her?"
"It's quite obvious " he said briskly and walked out.
I felt intimidated. I mean that video of Wendy and I in the bathroom made me regret my past
Okay I'd done many disgusting stuffs but Mia just changed everything. I think I'm in love with her. Huh.
"Tyler come here. We aren't done talking" Mia said sweetly while handing Derrick an apple squash
He smirked at me and I turned away from his direction
"Okay" I said and ran off.
"The three of us can chat together. Not a bad idea" she added "right Tyler?"
"Of course"
My heartbeat increased. I didn't know the reason.
Gosh she's driving me crazy.
