Chapter 1

Us.

      Sebastian, Jaia, and I, were all in the back off a pick-up truck, with a stranger driving us. I have never saw my dad. Same thing goes for Sebastian, and Jaia has never seen her mom. Is there something wrong with us that makes them not want to see us.

      Surrounding this some-what of a road was a bunch of dense forest, with us being located in the middle of no where in New York. I looked up and stopped wondering, and I could still here Jaia and Sebastian fighting, from when we left two hours ago. "Did you just touch me!" Jaia yelled as she slapped Sebastian across the face. "No you idiot!" Sebastian screamed as he put a hand on his cheek where Jaia slapped him. I sat there for a minute just watching them yell at each other. I heard from them, some pretty weird shit. "Dogs are better!". "No, cats are, stupid!". Then Jaia got quiet and soon Sebastian did too. I laughed. "Are you guys paralysed?". They shook there heads and i looked to my left. And about 100 ft away, a fire glowed different colours, like it was a rainbow.

     We all started to get out of the car as the stranger said this was our stop. We looked at the strange man, in a confused manner. As he drove of, we walked on the forest trail until we got to a big arch that was in some sort of Ancient Greek. Jaia said it spelled, Camp Half-Blood, and we all had no clue what it meant. I was about to walk through the arch as I saw a huge monster looking thing come out of the brush. "Hey guys." Jaia said in a scared type of tone,"Run!" and we ran for some-what our lives. And then, when we past through the arch, I felt like I was in a safe Barrier.

     I didn't know where I was still, non of us did. Then apparently, like a flick of a switch, we fainted.
