LOVE IN THE STARS (Matt Espinosa fanfiction)

CHAPTER 1

Ella's POV:

I was laying out in the sand. It was around 11:00pm and i was laying there enjoying the view of the stars in the night sky. The stars, such a beautiful sight, but so far away...it was like love, such a beautiful thing yet not at my reach. Looking up at the night sky while laying on the beach and enjoying the breeze, as well as the sound of the moving ocean was something I had always wanted to do.

Nevertheless, I closed my eyes for what seemed around 5 minutes until I heard a male voice...

"Hey"

I immediately turned around and saw a guy around my age standing there looking at the sky.

"Hi," i responded

"My name is Matt. I saw you laying here all by yourself and I thought I would join you...I mean, if i can!?!," he smiled and added a questioning voice on the last part.

I smiled, "Sure, go ahead. I'm Ella by the way"

"Why so alone?" he asked

"Well, you see, I'm staying in that hotel with my brother, but he's out doing a..."I paused, "working...and you?"

"Well...I'm here with some friends staying at that same hotel, some are out at a concert and the others are up in the room watching movies. I got bored and decided to come down here"

We continued talking for about an hour, he was so nice and sweet, but I had to go back before my brother got back.

"Hey Matt I'm having a great time talking to you, but I have to go back before my brother gets here."

"I am too, and yea, sure, ok...I'll walk with you!" he smiled

"Oh, uhm, actually, if my brother sees you he'll get mad at me...he's a bit overprotective."

"Well I'll just walk you up to your floor, yea? I can't let you walk alone out here at this time of night!"

He is so sweet, i smiled..."ok"

"What floor are you on?"

"On the 5th"

shocked he said, "Really? I am too!"

I giggled and said "lets go"

We walked up to the hotel talking and getting to know each other some more. Before entering through the back part of the hotel we passed a patio full of flowers. Matt cut a rose and gave it to me.

"A rose for a rose" I blushed

We walked up to the elevator, he pressed the button to the 5th floor and asked me which room I was in.

"number 520 and you?"

"well I guess we were meant to meet each other at some point because I'm in 521, right across!" I blushed and giggled, he laughed.

Once we got to the room he asked for my number. I gave it to him, but as we were saying goodnight to each other my brother showed up...

Hey guys I hope you're enjoying it so far... I have so many ideas for the rest of it. By the way, comment who you guys think the brother is...*hint hint- he's tall, a singer, and lives in Florida; the first to get it right their name will be in the story as a girlfriend to any character they choose.
