chapter 1

You and Nick head out of Diamond City to work on a case leading to Goodneighbor, this isn't the first time you heard of it but it'll be the first time you're visiting. You remember hearing rumors about it how it's a place for ghouls but you didn't mind because you love Ghouls and you've been to the slog before.

As you fight your way through super mutants and Raiders you appeared at the front gate of Goodneighbor. Stepping in you are greeted by a man named Finn.

"What are you doing around here you know a lot of walkthrough without insurance," he says as he lights a cigarette.

"Unless it's to keep assholes away from me insurance I'm not interested." You say sarcastically.

"Look how about you hand over everything you have in those pockets of yours, or accidents starts happening to you big, bloody, accidents." He threatened, Nick puts his hands on your shoulders signaling you not to pull out the gun. The out of the corner a ghoul comes and talks to Finn. With a low raspy voice

"Now what did I tell you about first time guests, stop bugging them."

"You know Hancock if you keep letting them walk all over us someone is going to overthrow you."

"Come on man this is me we're talking about, let me tell you something," He grabs his shoulder, pulls out a blade and stabs him in the gut, "now why'd you go and say that you're breaking my heart." He turns to you and welcomes you.

"Welcome to Goodneighbor I'm mayor Hancock." He says bowing and starring at you. Nick introduced the both of you telling him about the case you're working on, but you couldn't help but stare into Hancock's eyes, not that you haven't seen something like it before but you find them mesmerizing. Hancock looks over at you and you looked away and blushed, your heart was racing as the charming ghoul winked at you before he went off to his state house. As you look around you found the place you needed to go. *Time skip*

Heading back to Nick's detective agency you couldn't help but think of the ghoul you saw, "Hancock." you said under your breathe. Nick sees that you are distant and asks if you want to take a break.

"Why don't we go out for something to eat, my treat," Nick says while smiling at you, you see this as an opportunity to go back to Goodneighbor and see Hancock again.

"Uh ya, I'd like that, but I want to go to the Third Rail. I like it there." You say as you slightly blush.

"You just want to see Hancock again don't you," Nick says with a teasing smile "don't worry kid, we can go if you want." As you two walk to Goodneighbor you picked up loot and caps from raiders and weapons to sell. Seeing the sign you walked in and went to KL-E-O to trade/sell extra weapons and ammo you don't need. After that, you head on into the Third Rail and sit at the bar, and asked Charlie for beer and to see what's on the menu. Finishing up dinner you see that it's late and decided to stay and sleep in the hotel. Walking in you see Hancock out of the corner of your eye, pretending not to noticed you asked for two rooms and gave 20 caps.

"Sorry dear but we only have the one for tonight so you'll ha-" "I'll take it from here." That raspy voice you know who it was behind you, you stood stiffly.

"How about you stay with me doll, extra protection in the state house~" he winks at you.

"But what about nick he-" Nick cuts you off. "It's fine (y/n) I'll stay here and you can sleep with him." Giving you 10 caps with a grin.

"Are you sure Nick?" You asked

"Positive. Now go on and do what you want, I'll stay here till tomorrow morning since I don't need sleep I'll just work on a case file and what not." Hancock puts his hand on your shoulder and leads you out to his place, you look behind you to make sure Nick will be alright then you looked over at the ghoul, his face made you wonder what happened to him, usually it's radiation damage, but you have a feeling it's not that.

"So uh, Hancock, I was thinking and want to ask....... What happened to you, you know turn into a ghoul?" He looked over at you

"Chems. Well, more than that but I'll save the story for another time." He smiles, walking into the house he leads you to his Chem room and tells you to sit next to him. Your heart was racing, your body felt different almost.... warm.

"So what brings you to Goodneighbor, last time if I remember right you were working on a case?"

"Uh, y-yeah... I'm here just to see the place we were in a rush and I wanted to... Uh, see it.....again." You blush and he noticed

"Is it the town you wanted to see or the mayor." He says leaning towards you and putting his arm around you. You couldn't hide the cherry red face you had, he leans in your face inches away from yours.

"Well doll you saw the town, now why not see the mayor in action~" you felt hot your stomach filled with butterflies you wanted to go in for a kiss. You adjusted yourself.

"I-I uh, *gulp* haha uh wow it's hot in here, is it hot for you?" He sees that you're nervous and he puts his hand on your thigh.

"Don't worry doll, I'm gentle till you tell me otherwise." He comes closer "I-I," you say eyes staring into his. "You what, want this?" He smirks. "Mhm." You two go in for a kiss, your lips almost touching, you wanted it badly, you feel his breathe when suddenly.

"HANCOCK WE HA- am I interrupting something?" It was Fahrenheit, you felt annoyed.

"Ya, but what do you need?" You hear him annoyed as well.

"I'm sorry sir but the triggermen are back in the warehouse, should I inform the NHW?"

"No, tell Charlie to pay the next person up for a job to take care of them, and pay them." He ordered.

"Yes, sir." She left.

"Now, where were we?" He went in for a kiss, you were shocked, but you didn't want it to end so you rolled with it. The kiss was passionate, he broke away and adjusted you. He was on top of you, his hips between your legs he goes to bite your neck, you feel the pleasure of him biting, sucking, and licking you. You softly moan as he puts his hand on your waist you bring your arms around him, you wanted to feel him close but he breaks away and gets up.

"Let's go to my room." He said as he holds his hand out. You grabbed his hand and walked with him to his room. He brings you to his bed and lays you down he sits next to you and takes a hit of jet before removing his coat and shirt. Just as he lays next to you and pulls you close he sees that you fell asleep.

"Hehe, good night beautiful." He kisses you on the forehead and sleeps next to you.
