Zalo "The Thunder Cat"

Zalo, "The Thunder Cat," Russo was born shortly after the creation of Zefferia. Recognized for his strength and loyalty, Osiris befriended Zalo and they began the civilizing of their people. Zalo was given his nick name by defeating the legendary Bren in the early civil war times. Holder of the thunder crystal, in his final stage Zalo was able to transform into an electrified werewolf. Enemies learned to fear Zalo, he quickly went up the ranks of Osiris's command becoming his lead commander. Shortly after the second war against the berserkers Zalo settled down. He had his only child, a boy, Roku. Roku took after his father quickly showing enormous amounts of power. Zalo watched his son grow alongside Kratos, Osiris's middle child. When Roku became old enough to do missions, he did them with Zalo as much as he could. The final mission they took together was a simple capture mission. During the mission they were met by Maliki's (Osiris' youngest son) eldest children, Lugus and Venom. For the love of his son, Zalo trapped Roku as he proceeded to fight the twins. The battle was short lived as Roku watched them toy then killed his father. Even though he never talks about it, something changed about Roku that day. He was more ruthless and bloodthirsty taking on full armies to satisfy himself. When he became an adult Osiris gave him something his father had saved for him. They were the claws of his Thunder Cat form father with the message "I hope one day they help you find your peace and once you do then you can pass them down to the seeds of our family."
