Recap: Keerti has kept the Teej fast for Naksh. Just after Keerti breaks her fast, she gets a gift.
Keerti is looking at the earrings and thinking who must have sent it. Just then, her phone rings. Naksh. She thinks something before answering the call.
Naksh: Keertiji, aapko wo mila? Keerti: Kon Naksh? Naksh: Maine specially aapke liye kuch bheja tha. Are you sure aapko wo nahi mila? Keerti: Kahi wo...
Keerti gasps, adding to Naksh's worries.
Naksh: Keertiji, kya hua? Kisi aur ko mil gaya kya? Keerti: Nahi. Wo to mujhe hi mila. Bohot khoobsurat hai. Naksh: Kya karti hai aap, Keertiji? Dara diya na mujhe. Naksh is feeling sad that he couldn't even say bye, but he gets an idea. He goes and makes preparations for it. On the other hand, Keerti has changed into her usual nightwear, which is a lemon yellow cotton kurti with white patiala pant. It has been a long day for her so she goes straight to her bed and lies down. That is when she sees the earring box Naksh had sent for her and remembers Naksh.
Keerti: Kitne acche hai Naksh. Maine kuch bhi nahi maanga, par phir bhi unhone yeh bheja. How thoughtful of him.
Just then, her phone rings. Naksh.
Keerti: Naksh? Aap abhi tak soye nahi? Naksh: Aapko dekhe bina mujhe neend kaise aaegi, Keertiji? Keerti: Maine photo bheja to tha! Chaliye, ab so jaaiye. Bohot der ho chuki hai. Naksh: Uh ah, aise nahi. Aap pehle neeche aaiye. Keerti: Neeche? Par kyu? Naksh: Aap neeche garden mein aaiye to sahi! Aur haa, wo jhumke pehenke hi aaiye... Ek second, jhumke earrings same hote hai na? Keerti: Haa, kyu? Naksh: Kuch nahi, aap neeche aaiye. Keerti: OK.
Keerti wears the earrings and goes to the garden. There, Naksh is standing next to the swing with some boxes.
Keerti: Naksh, aap itni raat ko yaha? Naksh: Actually, wo kya hai na, maine sirf ek gift bheja tha. Baaki do to reh gaye. Keerti: Baaki do? Naksh: Haa. Yeh lijiye aapka doosra gift.

Keerti takes it and sees what it is. It is a beautiful necklace, matching the earrings. Keerti gasps looking at it and adores it.
