Just Words

I walked into my room, more like ran actually, went straight for my green and thick cobas book, then started to write.

She was a little girl then, and she loved the colour pink, everything she had, from her clothes to her room, even Jasmine - her favorite doll ever, was pink.
However, she's almost eighteen now, and no one, not even she, herself, could believe how quick she gave up pink, just by gazing at another.

It all started three years ago, she spent most of the day outside, laying on the soft, green grass with her PIC (partner in crime), Zion Walters. They were gazing at the clouds in the sky, guessing what each one looked like. It may have seemed boring to anyone else, but they enjoyed spending time together, so much, that doing nothing felt like doing absolutely everything. Zion's mom would occasionally come out of the house, wondering if they ever planned on coming back inside, but Zion felt his mother's presence each time and whispered to her
"Just for today".

As night began to approach, they silently watched the different shades that the sky had turned before it was completely dark and she was intrigued to say the least.

From that day on, whenever possible, she would sit on the porch, gazing at the sky in the evenings. She felt peaceful, satisfied and complete.
"And what else?" she asked herself. What else did she need when she already felt as if she was on top of the world.

Nothing.

She suddenly realized something, I realized it too. In that moment, in that exact moment, she knew, she had fallen in love with blue.

I chuckled to myself and closed the book...if you haven't figured it out as yet, I am totally  infatuated with writing. And if I'm not writing...then you can find me lying on my bed staring at the ceiling. Okay enough about that, let me properly introduce myself. My name is Raine Jackson and I'm 19 years old. I love to sleep, eat, read and write. I'm currently in my second year at Westchester University in training to become a registered nurse. Yup I can't imagine working anywhere else but in a hospital with bacteria, germs and sick patients. I currently  live in Florida with my parents, my brother and my sister. I love my family even though some times I wanna choke each one of them to death. Another big part of my life is my bestest friend Sienna, who lives two houses down from mine. Sienna is probably the most beautiful girl on this planet, she has the most striking ocean blue eyes. Her eyes alone can cause the entire male population kneeling at her feet. She had the longest curly brown hair, but recently decided to cut it a little below her shoulders claiming that she needed a change. She has soft, silky caramel skin that I am publicly jealous of, like how can someone's skin even be so soft and perfect. She is also studying to become an entrepreneur,  so she can fulfill her desire of owning her very own restaurant. My older brother Daniel, has had the biggest crush on her since I was 16. I asked him years ago if he wanted me to set them up but he declined and said he didn't want to ruin their friendship, I told him that it's better to tell her and get rejected than to never know what could have been. He insisted that it's just better this way and begged me to never tell her. The funny thing is Sienna also likes my brother, I confronted her about it a few weeks ago because i realized that each time he says something to her she either smiles too wide or blushes an unnatural shade of red. Ever since, I have been doing literally everything in my power to get these two together but they will not budge. At first i decided to just leave them be and not  get in the middle of this but it pains me seeing them everyday and not being able to admit their feelings to each other. So I have decided to create my own mastermind plan. My brother talks passionately about Sienna almost every single day, so I plan to use my camera and record him talking about her, then I'm gonna do the same with Sienna, im gonna ask her to just tell me about why she likes him and that type of stuff then I am going to edit both videos and make it into one short video titled Sienna and Daniel- The Love Story Then one beautiful evening I'm gonna get them both together into my room which will be easy seeing as Daniel is my brother and Sienna lives close by, then I'm gonna tell them I have something incredibly funny to show them and let them watch it together. Hahaha I can already imagine the shock on both of their faces. Sienna is probably gonna cry her eyes out because the way my brother talks about her even gets me shedding a tear or two sometimes and my brother, I already know he's going to be mad with me but he'll eventually  forgive me and then they will confess to each other there and then and FINALLY, they can be together and live happily ever after.

OK so I know I kinda spent one whole chapter mainly about my brother and my best friend but trust me when I say the focus of this story is not about  them. This story speaks of one
