2° Fired?!

Chapter 2 — Fired?!

Turning around my hand flew over my heart that was beating wildly,seeing a tall male he chuckled walking closer I swallowed eyes skimming over his sharp features feeling warmth embrace me his handsome face and intimidating presence made my heart beat increase thousands of times. Crouching I avoided his heated scrutinizing gaze picking up the files he grabbed more than six standing backup straight i outstretched my hand he shook his head walking toward the shelf putting them in place I smiled at his act dropping my hand, he turned around "shall I lay or sit?"
"S-s-sit-t p-p-ple-as-e" he smirked
Sitting on the bed "so?" he asked waiting for my instructions,I blushed thinking of my next instruction fiddling with the pen in my hand eyes casted downwards "um-mm-y-y-ou-r"
I managed to say stammering hating myself for stammering I just wanted to hit my face on a wall repetitively from the overwhelming humiliation I'm digging for myself.

He nodded slowly eyebrow quirked a smirk tugged on his lips
"My...." he trailed off gesturing me to presume what I was saying unable to form any words feeling my cheeks get heated turning into hues of scarlet with each ticking second. Swallowing I pointed at my shirt tugging on the hem he chuckled at my action tossing the shirt carelessly I seized my lower lip in nervousness seeing his naked chest insight taking the stethoscope placing it on his chest he tensed at the cold contact with the base of the stethoscope removing it I looked up at him he shook his head assuring me to presume my task. Running the tests with shaky hands, I was about to check the blood pressure when I stumbled on his foot falling on his warm chest I quickly went back to my posture blushing furiously lowering my head completing my task in hand avoiding his gaze. "S-s-sorry" I apologized after taking his blood pressure rushing towards the doctor office informing him that the player was ready for the laboratory examination and special cardiological examination.

Entering the female washroom I pressed my back towards the door after hearing it 'click' locked. Both hands on the sink I took in a deep breathe trying to calm down my raged heart beat.A knock startled me as I was looking at myself in the mirror mind wild in thoughts and reminiscing of the humiliating event.

Unlocking the door, "sorry" the old lady shook her head at my apology I helped her place her things in the washroom she thanked me reading her name tag I said "your welcome Mariana" beaming at her,she squeezed both of my cheeks in between her index finger and thumb I giggled at her action holding her hand caressing them remembering a heart clenching memory smiling softly at her I dropped her hand and walked down the hallway.

"ROSALIA"twirling I saw Magdalena smiling at her she returned it back, "Yes,Magdalena"
"It's lunchtime"I crooked my head to the side giving her a befuddled look,she chuckled "Those check-ups took longer than expected due to the lack of assistances in the infirmary." I nodded letting out a tired long sigh,she bumped my shoulder as we walked "Hey! It was a rough morning but you should be pleased with the absence of those assistance's."
I stopped and looked at her from the side "there are assistance's who were absence?" I questioned she nodded "yes!" Pulling me with her to presume walking to somewhere down the hall, "you see today those assistance's have been called to not come due to your employment "she explained.

"They got fired because of me?!"
I squeaked in surprise,mouth gaped she shook her head laughing whipping her tears she retorted "No dearest Rosalia they weren't fired they were called off for the day only." I calculated her words nodding in relief,she smiled at me "here we are!"beaming i stood swallowing seeing Marco sitting with five players who were
Lucas,Theo and Nacho along with Isco and Álvaro.

Álvaro looked up and Magdalena blushed furiously,sensing the chemistry between those two nudging Magdalena towards the table that was filled with food from different kinds. I put some salad on my plate while Magdalena filled her plate with rice and chicken salad on the side
Taking seats on a table outside on the lawn. Seeing other employers who work sitting on the long wooden table it was uncomfortable to sit on for long time but,no complaints since it's amazing to care for your employees at a stadium.

"So Álvaro?"I asked smirking at a gaping Magdalena, "close that mouth of yours Magdalena before you catch flies." She said shocked "h-how?"She stammered looking at me, "it's bright as the sun" pointing towards the heated sun.
"Really?!"she squeaked,I motioned for her to lower her voice earning few stares. I nodded answering her question, she looked at her left where the glass wall was portioned between the dine area for the players and our which's was connected to a stair to where we lounged now.

"Magdalena" I called her from her daze,"yes?" I sighed pulling her hand into mine, "don't worry we might not know each other for long but trust me I'll be there for you whenever you need me."I promised her,she smiled nodding her head "I trust you as insane as it sounds" I laughed, "now let's dig in!" She said taking her fork stabbing the lettuce, "let the poor lettuce alone!" I defended the lettuce seeing her laugh at my sentence taking her fork away from her hand she nodded reaching for her fork I raised my hand away from her reach,it got snatched by someone looking at Magdalena she kicked my foot seeing her empty handed I craned my neck to see Marco holding the fork in his hand twirling it around his fingers he handed it back to Magdalena who took it thanking him turning back to me "causing trouble already newbie?" His voice sent chills down my spin I fumbled in my chair sending Magdalena a look to come to my rescue. "Young man let the poor girl alone she was just jesting with Magdalena" Mariana said slapping his shoulder his eyes softened at Mariana. Her attention went back on me squeezing my cheek I giggled seeing Marco smile, "tía Mariana you know how I love annoying everyone around here"he said kissing her cheek she whipped her cheek causing Marco to laugh he pinched her cheek earning a punch on the arm "umph! Tía Marianna you grew some muscles" he took her arm squeezing them she frowned being pulled by Theo who hugged her from behind "Tía Mariana,Marco needs some spanking" Theo suggested.
