"Uggghhh. What time is it?" I say as I look over to my side.
"6:30, huh? Well I better get ready for school." I mumble with a tired yawn.
I get up from my bed and stretch all my limbs. I walk over to my bathroom and grab a towel and get to the shower and turn it on to the temp I like. I strip my clothes and enter the shower. I stand there and let the water run down my hair, to my back, and to the end of my feet. I sit there for awhile and let my bones relax under the warm running water. I then grab the shampoo and start washing my hair.

After my shower I get ready for school. I dry my hair and brush out the tangles. I head to my walk-in closet and pick out an outfit. I grab a black spaghetti top with some light blue ripped jeans. I find some sandals heals that go real good with my outfit.

I then head down stairs with my backpack on one shoulder. As I get down I smell breakfast being made. I get closer and I see my father working around the kitchen to prepare our food. I walk over to him and give him a back hug.
"Goodmoring sweetie, are you ready for breakfast?" My dad ask as he turns around with two plates if breakfast. I nod my head and sit down at the dining table.
He walks over with the food and I start eating right away. He smiles to himself of how proud he is of his cooking.
After eating I go up to my father and give him a kiss on the cheek and bid my goodbyes and head off to school. As I'm walking I wait for my bestfriend Hana to walk out of her house. We live right next to each other so I'm able to see her a lot. We've been friends since childhood and we're basically sisters. I see her walk out and she runs up to me.
"Geez did you miss me that much? I just saw you yesterday at school." I say as we break our hug. She rolls her eyes and then hooks her arm with mine.
"So did you finish you reading assignment?" She asks as we cross the street to get to school.
"Ya I did. Did you?" I say with an raised eyebrow.
She looks at me the shakes her head with a defeated smile. I just sigh as we head to our lockers.
"You know, that's a lot of grade points. You better hope Mrs.Yang doesn't yell at you." I say as I grab my stuff and walk over to her.
"I know it's just that...uh...I forgot I guess." She sighs and then continues.
"I just had a lot to do. I had my part-time job, also to babysit my little sister-which was a pain-and also I had the house to myself so I just had some me time." She says with her head down sighing.
I put my hand on her shoulder and shake my head with a smile.
"Well its good we dont have her first period otherwise your day would be bad and that'll make my day bad as well." I tell her as we walk into our first period. Math.
