Prolouge

My heartbeat pounds in my ears like a frantic bass drum. I can feel my lungs working overtime. My bones grow, shrink, crack and contort to form my new body as my wolf races to protrude and run. The pain is near unbearable but necessary. Fur shoots out from my skin and my eyesight shifts from my normal 20/20 to a heightened 40/40. I shake off the change as if water off my back. Time to begin the night.

Jana Marshall, a 23 year old artist, is a new blood wolf, bitten into the pack. As her body acclimates to the changes happening within, she has to acclimate to pack life. Her life experiences had prepared her for every scenario... except the one where she's forced to obey or suffer the consequences.
