Tuesday 8PM // West L.A
The kickback was just now starting up and all of my closest homies were here. I was waiting for the others to pull up so I can make my announcement about going independent as an artist. I knew the people I called friends would understand me and my decision more than the people who don't know me at all.
I grabbed a plastic red cup from the table where Draymond had set it up and the bottle of Henny. I poured it into my cup before grabbing the Coca-Cola bottle and pouring some into the cup to chase the Henny. I sipped on it a bit watching Dray and Jordan play Fortnite while some of my other homies watched awaiting their turn.
"Anymore people coming through?" I was asked by Jennifer walking into the kitchen. She grabbed a red cup and poured some Patron into her cup without any juice or soda to chase it. Oh, she was on that type of time? "Yea, Tommie and her friends and I believe that's it. Mostly everyone here though." I could see her face change from normal to annoyed when I mentioned Tommie.
She told me how she tried to squash whatever with Katrina and how she dubbed her completely. I knew it had to be more to it, so I had asked Katrina myself. Something about Jennifer saying she was allowing Tommie and I to be cool. It sounded controlling to me but i'm sure she didn't mean anything by it. "Chill ight. If anything, try talking to Tommie and see if y'all can be cool. You my girl and she is my friend. I don't need y'all beefing." I told her. She still had that look on her face but I can care less about her attitude. If she wanted to be good with me, she was going to have to respect the people I wanted around me.
I pulled her in by her waist causing her body to lightly bump into mine. I leaned down placing soft kisses onto her lips as she kissed back immediately. "Be good for daddy ight?" I told her with a smirk on my face. She bit her lip nodding her head in response. I made a nod gesture for her to go socialize with some of the girls. She caught on placing one last peck on my lips and made her way over with her cup in hand. I slapped her ass as she walked away causing her to giggle. The bell to the door then rang breaking my attention from her. I drank more of my drink before making my way to the door.
"Ayee, what's goodie my nigga!" MiMi exclaimed giving me a hug. I smiled brightly hugging her back. For a first in a long time, MiMi was definitely a girl I had a lot in common with. I wasn't attracted to her although she was beautiful but she definitely was like a sister to me. I knew my sister Liana would love her.
I hugged Katrina who immediately went around me to find Jordan to do whatever the fuck they do and now I was left with Tommie. She was looking beautiful as hell. I took in her attire and it was fly. One thing about Tommie is no matter the occasion, she never failed to look good. I caught myself licking my lips at her as she smiled. "Wassup Axe." she asked. I never once broke eye contact. I went in for a hug that lasted longer than expected due to me taking in her sweet scent. Damn, she smell good. "You all up on her nigga. You her man?" I heard a male voice say. I broke Tommie and I's embrace as my eyes fell on the young dude. Who the fuck was this?
