Confronting Thanos (Chapter 4)

THIRD PERSON POV

The jet first landed on the left side of Thanos. Nebula, Steve, and Natasha got out. The jet flew to the right side and dropped of Rocket, Shurri, Okoye, and Coulson. The jet finally flew above Thanos, trying not to gather attention.

"On my signal, we go." Coulson said over the coms. "Now!" Tony, Thor, Bruce, and Clint jumped out of the jet. Tony and Thor flew down. Bruce was in another version of hulk buster. Tony secretly has about fifty different versions in his lab. Clint shot an arrow attached to a grappling hook and shot it at a mountain. The Avengers circled around a sitting Thanos and a group of his followers.

           I thought we killed at least three of those. Natasha thought.

           I thought squidward was thrown out of a window, in space. Tony thought.

           The group didn't react.

          "Get up!" Steve yelled. Thanos laughed. "I said get up!" Thanos didn't move.

          "Do you want us to shoot you?" Coulson asked.

          "You're threatening me? You should be thanking me. I saved the universe." Thanos bragged.

          "You killed our friends." Steve said threw clenched teeth. "Damn right we're threatening you." Thanos just laughed again.

          "You think this is funny? We will shoot you." Tony threatened. Thanos laughed again.

          "No you won't." Thanos shook his head. Everyone was confused. Of course they would. He killed their teammates, their friends, their family. No one would hesitate to kill him, if they even could.

          "What makes you think that?" Steve asked.

          "Because I have someone that is very valuable." Thanos stated.

          "If you have our friends-" Steve threatened. Thanos shook his head.

          "I assure you it is not one of your friends." Thanos said. Thanos lifted up the space stone and planted a portal. The biggest of Thanos' followers went inside of it. He came out with something in his hands and threw it on the ground.

          (He took it and threw it on the ground. Come on!! Everyone was thinking that! Sorry back to the story!)

           It hit the ground and rolled towards the team. They then realized that it wasn't a something. It was a someone. The person was badly beaten. They had visible gashes and bruises around his whole body. The figure had long black hair and was very pale.

          "Loki?" Thor realized.

           I know this is really short. I'm sorry. I don't like this one!! I probably will comeback to those chapter and redo it but that's gonna be future me problem. Anyways thanks for reading. Comment your thoughts.
