Sunlight gently peered between the dark curtains hitting the bed that only sat a couple of feet away from the window striking a young (h/c) male whose head was resting on the pillow slowly waking him up. His (e/c) eyes slowly opened looking towards the window watching for a moment as the light poured in. Covering his mouth he just about quieten a yawn then lifted his blankets rising from his bed, the place where he had sent the night before tossing and turning struggling to get to sleep as today was the start of something he had waited his whole life for. The day he was going to start his training to become a hunter.

Once his feet hit the wooden floor he walked over to the window and pulled the curtains open fully filling his room with light making it look completely different from how it was just seconds beforehand. Turning on his heel he then walked over to the closet grabbing the uniform he had hidden in the back so his father wouldn't of found, not that he came into his room all that often to begin with but he wanted to be safe just in case. Changing from the shorts and t-shirt that he would normally be wearing to sleep in he carefully slipped on each piece of the new uniform making sure it look neat and tidy on him when he looked into the mirror afterwards while gently fixing the red tie as the last touch. Taking a small step back he looked himself up and down in the mirror then smiled a tiny bit. "The Beacon uniform looks much better on you than the Altus one ever did," a warm voice chuckled from the doorway causing (y/n) to quickly spin around to see who it was though he already had a feeling it was the only person who knew what he was planning. The man who was more of a father to him than his actually blood father ever was by far. Stepping into the room was a tall thin man who looked to be in his 30's though he was older than that, with very short blonde hair and light brown eyes which seem to be doing the smiling for him.

"I don't think father would agree with you, Frank" (Y/n) pointed out turning back to the mirror dusting himself then lifting the bag which he had also hidden in his closet. The bag was filled with everything that he felt was important enough for him to bring and nothing more since in the back of his mind this was still running away to a certain point he ended up just packing his bag that way.

"That I can say is true but he wont see you in it. As you do plan on leaving before he comes back from his trip don't you?" Frank questioned rising his eyebrow while giving a knowing smile down to the young man who nodded slightly back taking a deep breath trying to steady the nerves that were forming though he had went over his plan so many times in his head the fact he was still going to do it brought the nervous feeling back with it. "No need to worry I have everything all set for you waiting out the back to be on the safe side that he comes back before you are ready to leave," Frank added trying to settle the nerves which he could seeing forming inside of (y/n).

"I'm ready to go now," (y/n) said quickly before taking a deep breath looking up at Frank who gave him a nod and turned starting to walk out of the room.

"Follow me," he stated and without a second thought (y/n) followed the tall man trying his best to keep up with him since Frank had always been a fast walker it was how it was able to get around the large house everyday to keep up with the many tasks he was often given to do that morning but this time he had set aside a lot of his time to make sure this half baked plan of (y/n)'s was done, something he was truly thankful for.

Stepping outside into the back of the house (y/n) stopped his heart racing when he saw the small airship which was parked ready to take him off to vale thanks to a few stings that he was able to pull. It wasn't hard to get the driver to agree to fly him off to vale but keeping it a secret from his father was the hard part. "Well what are you waiting for?" Frank questioned placing his hand on (y/n)'s back before slowly starting to push him towards the airship. Nodding a little (y/n) walked into the airship turning before the door closes to look back waving goodbye to Frank.

Taking his seat (y/n) took his scroll out from his pocket going into his contacts stopping once his eyes landed on the contact name Weiss. A small smile tugged at the corners of his lips before taking a deep breath pressing the call button then held the scroll against his ear. "Hello Weiss, it's me (Y/n) I've got a surprise for you," (y/n) said hearing her picking open as he looked out the window watching the clouds passing him by.

"I'm coming to Beacon."
