The incident happened in a school in Japan. A day before school holiday, a student had forgotten to bring his book home. The student was unintentionally locked in the classroom on the fourth floor by a security guard when he returned to get his book. The student starved to death in his classroom. Before his death, he left his diary which contained his uneasiness and fear. The last page of his diary was written - the most horrible thing of all is a red eye staring at me through the keyhole".
