I closed my eyes and slowly unlocked the door. I opened to see nothing... absolutely nothing, it was just darkness. Why? I snuck outside as the cool morning breeze swept my long wavy hair. I brush my hands against the long grass and flowers that bloomed on our front lawn. The overcast and dark forest beyond gave me the shivers.

Quietly I snuck through the dark forest and found myself stumbling across an old woman.

"Excuse ma'am are you alright?" I called with a light voice

"Go away" she replied in a raspy eerie voice

I tip-toed around the haggard woman and continued walking.

"That's odd", I though to myself, "It's just me and my step mom around here..."

Quietly I continued through the dark and eerie forest and the wind whispered through my ear and grabbed my hair, eventually letting it go. I found a little baby doll and decided to put it in my satchel, for later selling. Though it's one eye was missing and the hair pulled out, it was the most beautiful thing I've seen in years.
