The Dream

My friends Eric, Tylere and Sara came over and we were home alone... We played Truth or Dare and I said Dare. Sara told me to tell my worst nightmare...

~Flashback pov~

I was 10 years old and I just woken up in the middle of the night to see a pair of yellow eyes at foot of my bed. I was absolutely terrified and couldn't move.. and I felt to scared to even breathe
I tried to scream but it wouldn't come out no matter how hard Ive tried... It whispered something but I couldn't make it out.. the next morning I woke up and was breathing heavily my mom walked in my room and asked if I was okay

"Are you okay sweetie?" My mom asked

I nod and turn on my TV

My mom walked out and went to make me lunch and when she finished she brought it to my room and felt my forehead

"Your not running a fever" My mom said

"I know" I said

"Then.. what's wrong? You've been sleeping for hours" My mom said

I nod "yes.. and I don't know why"

"It's okay get all the rest you need" my mom said

I nod as she walks out of my room and I finished eating and walked out of my room and put the dishes in the sink.. I walk back to my room and fall back to sleep.. the same thing happened I woke up and heard whispers and couldn't make them out..

"What is going on!" I asked

My mom ran in my room

"What do you mean?" She asked

"I HEAR WHISPERS!" I yelled

"It's okay just calm down" She said

I calmed down and fell back to sleep it was the next morning

I woke up in the middle of the night again but the glowing yellow eyes were getting closer and the whispers getting louder.. what was this? Who is this? Why am I the target?

I went camping with my mom and dad the following weekend
I loved camping and loved nature even if that "thing" was following me

The second night we were there my dad woke up and went somewhere and never came back.. me and my mom got worried and packed up and left to go home

We called the police and told them about what happened .. the police searched the whole camp ground and finally found his body.. He was cut up and scratch marks everywhere and it wasn't as new as we thought

"The body has been there for about a day or two.." The police said

Me and mom cried

"Will he be okay in heaven?" I asked with tears rolling g down my cheeks

"Yes sweetie he will be safe in heaven" The police man said

I nod and walked to my room and wrote a letter

The letter said:

Me and mom and dad went camping the second night we were there... My dad went missing the police found his body.. they said it wasn't new and the cuts we're deep.. my dad was murdered... BY WHO! I kept asking myself. My dad is nice and never hurt anyone
The police said my dad was safe In heaven

After I wrote the note my mom read it while I was sleeping.. again I woke up In the middle of the night and the eyes were still there with whispers even louder then before...
The next day I went to find my mom.  Her car wasn't here.. why?

I called her but she wouldn't pick up

I called the police and told them my mom wasn't here.. the police came to my house and looked around for clues.. they saw blood stains and saw her car keys but her car wasn't here.. where was her car.. why was her keys here.. where did my mom go?

I had to live with my aunt which I hated!

Ever since living with my aunt nothing happened..

End of flashback

"That's.. werid... Because I've had the same dreams" Sara said

"Sara.. they weren't dreams" I said

"But my parents never disappeared" Sara said

I rolled my eyes

"We should all go camping next week" Sara said

"You know after what happened to my dad I hate camping!" I said

"Do you think I care?" Sara said

I shook my head

"Okay then.. that's what I thought..." Sara said

"I'm not going" I said

"Yes you are" Tylere said

"Why" I asked

"I'm down" Eric said

I turned red and agreed with Eric

"I guess I'll go" I said

Sara smiled "good"

The next day

I wake up with this feeling of dread in my gut telling me not to go to the campsite my dad want missing at. I yawn and stretch my stiff body not wanting to move out of my bed...

I get a message from Eric

Eric: hey are you ready to go camping!?

Me: nope

Eric: why not?

Me: that's the campsite I was a kid

Eric: yeah.. so.. we will all be okay as long as we stick together

Me:  what if we get the same lot as when I did when I was a kid?

Eric: we will be safe together

Me: say that again.

Eric: we will be safe together

Me: I DIDNT MEAN ACTUALLY IDIOT

Eric: sorry calm down

Me: no..

Eric: what's gotten into you? Is there something at the campus you don't wanna see?

Me: UHM YES

Eric: what?

Me: I can't say

Eric: you can tell me anything

Me: not this I can't

Eric: Sara just came to my house with Tylere I'll take later!

Me: goodbye

Eric: bye
