Unexpected

A new suprise

"Where daddy?" Lily asked her mother with a little football in her hands. "Daddy is with Uncle Dola." The girl scrunched up her face and dropped the ball. She toddled back to her playroom. "Well drama queen it's just me and you for a little bit. So are we playing together?" Lily looked at her mom and handed her doll. She went back to entertain herself with her dollhouse.
Sam let out a sigh. Lily was so focused on Jules. She got up and put the doll back to the others. "Thanks for sharing. I will be in the kitchen and start lunch. Love you baby girl!" "Love you mama."
Sam went to the fridge to get the ingredients for a salad out for herself and heat up some Mac and Cheese for Lily. While the pasta was in the microwave the doorbell rang.
Sam heard Lily's little feet patter on the  floor and when she reached the front door herself she scooped her daughter up before opening the door to reveal a teenage girl about 15 or maybe 16.
The girl looked up. She seemed to be quite nervous. So Sam spoke up first.
"Hi! How can I help you?" She smiles down at the girl.
"Hi... I am sorry..." the teen looked down for a moment "I think I came to the wrong place" as soon as the girl had looked up Sam took a deep breath. She looks in those eyes every day.
The teenage girl started to leave. "Wait. Who are you looking for?" she had to ask. "Ahm I was hoping to find my... biological father here. His Name is Julian Edelman." As soon as she said the name Lily's eyes light up. "Daddy!" She exclaimed happily. The teenage girl looked a little shocked between the toddler and the woman. "You are his wife and that's his daughter, right?" Sam looked at the girl. She saw so much of Julian in her. She nodded her head and a millions thoughts ran through her head. They were just looking at each other standing on the front porch. Till Lily interrupted the silence.
"Mommy! I hungy!" She enforced her words with rubbing her belly.
"Of course darling. Let's get you your mac'n'cheese." She turned to the teen. "Would like to come in and have some lunch with us? I can call Julian to come home because he is training with a friend." The girl looked unsure of the offer but it was why she came her so she nodded her head yes. "I am Melly by the way."
"Hi Melly. I am Sam and this is Lily."
Sam moved into the living room to let their guest in and closed the door. Now Sam noticed the large bag pack the Girls had on her shoulders. "You can put your bag down by the sofa and just follow me through to the kitchen."
