Chapter 17: The Girls decide to take action

Arriving home Rose bolted to Blair's room to talk to her about her encounter with an old friend. Stopping at her door, she listen in to hear Mary and Blair having a conversation about the Russians and Italians alliance, so she decided to join in. Walking in she speak saying, there is more to the story than the one we heard, I believe they are planning something big and the results will be devastating.

Turning their heads to the door they notice Rose had heard their conversation. What do you mean Mary ask her. I just met up with an old friend of mines, well after our conversation I don't think she was or is a friend of mine, she practically wants my head on a silver platter along with my organs as the trimmings, Rose says dropping on the bed with her arms and legs spread.

What old friend  would that be for you to say that, I mean come on, for a person to hate you like that, you probably did something bad to her says Blair. She went on to say, actually I can't see nobody hating you, maybe this old friend of your was never a friend and something or someone brought out her true nature. Mary who is listening agreed with Blair and ask, who is this old friend of yours?

Huffing Rose says Sara and waited for a reaction from them, she had told Blair about Sara and Mary knew all about Sara. Unbelievable, what does she want? Why did she hate you? Blair ask throwing her hands in the air. The better question is how did she know where to find you if you two had not spoken in years Mary ask, it is creepy that she know where you were.

Rose started to tell them everything that Sara said to her and how much the girl dispise her. Listening attentively Mary piece together her evidence with what Rose is saying, I think I was wrong about why the Russians are after you, it is not infatuation but something bigger, Mary says voicing her thoughts. Picking her phone up she dial Gregory number and waited for him to answer, after the third ring he answers saying he needs to speak to her privately then hang up.

Getting up Mary grab her belongings and tells Rose and Blair to accompany her but they had to remain quiet so that none of Niko, Terry or Samuel men saw them. Sitting in the car, they head off to Gregory secret hideout, not less than twenty minutes they arrive at their destination. When they were inside the car Mary had told Rose the truth about who she really is and what her job is, they also discuss what they gathered so far.

They were greeted by  Gregory who immediately went to get them refreshments after telling them to get comfortable. Sitting on the couch, Gregory serve his guest and went to straight into his findings. I found out many interesting things about the Russians and Italians and their relationship to Agent Torres, it seems that Agent Torres is the brother of Vladimir because they both have the same father but what is strange is that twenty five years ago he disappeared and five years later shows back up saying that Samuel Bartolomeo had held him hostage.

So I decided to dig deeper and when I mean deeper, into the world of the black web where I found a man who told me that he meant a man by the name of Torres at a hospital. He also meant a woman name Fiona Appleton that visited the same hospital from time to time. This is where it starts to get interesting, it turns out the Appleton's and the Rinaldi's were working together until Agent Torres and his brother Vladimir showed up telling them that the Appletons were betraying them, this news put a target on the Appleton's head.

Then Vladimir suggested that if the Appletons give Fiona to them they will sweep their betrayal under the rug. Fiona was to marry Torres because Torres is both an Italian by his mother who is a Ranaldi and a Russian by his father. This is when Fiona started to rebel causing her to end up in the arms of Samuel, hearing this the Ranaldi's were furious and threaten her that if she didn't leave Samuel her family were to suffer grave consequences.

After a  while Fiona disapeared then years later showed up at her parents door in America with a five year old Rose. The Russians discovered that the Appletons were living close to them so they decided to do some digging and notice they were having financial problems so they came up with a plan to trap them and that they did because the Appleton's was indebted to them. They propose an ultimatum to them, Fiona and their debts will be paid off but that flew out the window when Fiona passed away.

The Appleton paid off their debts piece by piece and the Russians did not mind until a young woman by the name of Sara told them about Rose being the daughter of Fiona. If they had known  that Fiona had a daughter, they would have let Rose be next in line  to pay off the debt. The reason they want Rose now more than ever is not only because Vladimir wants her hand in marriage but because they found out that she is the daughter of Samuel Bartolomeo.

The room is silent as all three girls tried to piece together the information, who knew that information like this will fall into their lap. A knock at the door had them breaking out of their trance, getting up Gregory answer the door and brought in his guest. Ladies this is the man who meant Agent Torres years ago, the man shake their hands and started to tell them about his meeting with Torres, he said that Torres was badly injured and required surgery.

Pulling her phone out Mary shows him a picture of Torres but the man shook his his, am sorry to say that man in the picture is not Torres but he did visit the hospital a few times under the name D'angelo, he says he remembered because everytime the man would come in something always go wrong with Torres machine. Blair rubbed her face then ask if D'angelo is pretending to be Torres, then where the hell is the real Torres and who is D'angelo?
