I felt the breeze play with my hair as I milk the last cow. Thinking of my where I was now, my mind wandered off to my dad. I grimaced at the thought. It hurts to think my father wasn't here with us no longer. I whispered softly, "rest in peace father..." I looked down as I finished milking the cow. I got up from the wooden chair, stretching out my limbs. I hear a grunt.

I gasp, turning towards the sound, I see a humanoid figure. I grab the nearest pitchfork, slowly walking over to the what seemed to be a Hylian. My eyes widened as I saw a boy around my age, injured. I rush over the hurt boy. I place his head on my lap, examining his face. He had a pained expression as I touched his cheek. His blonde hair parted perfectly on the side.

His eyes slowly open. I see his ocean blue eyes stare right into mine. "Z- Zelda.." I hear his soft voice speak. I gasp as I felt the heat rising to my cheeks. My mind was all the over the place. Did he call me Zelda? Do I look beautiful as Zelda? What do I do? Should I help him? He Let out a pained groan as I snap back into reality. I tried picking him up, placing him on my shoulder. He was super heavy for a boy around my age. His clothes ripped and soaked in what seemed to be rain. His eyes flutter open, seeing his surroundings.

I place him on my bed of course. He looks over to me, softly asking, "where am I?.." I turn to him, "I think you should get some rest, stranger." I close the door behind me, letting out a sigh. He was actually pretty handsome, even in this state. I grab some of the fresh milk, making warm milk for the guest.

I open the door to see him sitting up on my bed. "Um stranger, I think you should lay down.." I hand him the warm milk, "this should help you sleep. He nods towards my direction, drinking the milk. I couldn't help but stare. He then gives me a questioning look. I realize I was staring for too long, quickly looking away.

"Uhm, those clothes look quite dirty. I could bring you some new clothes?..." I didn't hear anything, I look over to see him passed out on the bed. I slightly chuckle at the sight before me. I guess warm milk does help you fall asleep. As I was about to leave, I gave him one last glance.

I realize there was a slate on his hip. I furrow my brows together. I stare at it. I realize it was a sheika slate. I lightly gasp, slowly walking over to him. I crouch to his level, slowly reaching to his hip. Just as I was about to grab the slate, his hand grabbed mine a little harshly. I tried pulling away, but his grip was strong. "What are you doing?!" I say loudly. I hear his quiet voice speak, "I should be the one asking you that."

I know I was blushing, I stammer out a sentence. "Well, I need to undress you...you're injured.." his hums at my response. Sitting up. He starts taking off his blue shirt. I blush as I realize he took my words to be true. It was better than who knows what. I stammer out, "uh, I'll go get the water and uh towel..." I rush out of the room. I felt my heart beat against my chest. I need to get myself out of this mess, but for now, I have to help him...before my mother and older sister come home.

I thought quickly, grabbing a bucket, filling it with warm water, I went to grab a small towel.

When I entered the room, I saw the young boy half naked. I look away while walking towards him. Damping the small towel in warm water, I took a look at his toned back. He had tons of scars, as I dab the towel on his back, I felt him flinch a little bit.

"I'm sorry, does it hurt?" I ask softly. "I'm fine." I could feel the coldness in that sentence. I would assume because of the previous event. Trying to change the subject, I ask something else. "What's your name?" I felt him being silent. Probably debating on whether he should tell me or not.

"Link." He said, "what's your name?" I furrow my brows. "My name? My name is..(y/n).." he hums. I felt the awkward silence growing more and more that I felt I was suffocating. I look at his toned arms, full of scars. "What do you do, Link? Are you a traveler?" He hums, "I'm a warrior in the name of Zelda. Calamity Ganon struck and...I lost my memory." I grimaced at this. I just listened to his story. There wasn't really anything I can do or say. "What do you do, (y/n)?" I heard his voice once again.
