A/n: the video will make sense later. I know you're judging me for it. But I'm emo soo, and if y'all know this song you're legends.
"Do you think they've landed yet?" Jae asked, looking at his phone for the time once again.
"They probably have, you said it gets here at 10:45, right?" I replied looking around to see if I could see Y/n.
"Yeah. What if we missed her?" He asked.
"I don't think we did. Maybe there was just a lot of people." I suggested, it was the most likely scenario, also I knew he would worry a lot if I said anything else.
He should have told Y/n that we were coming but, he wanted to surprise her. Which is cute, but he's never met her before, so it is kind of a bit weird.
Not going to lie, I did have a bit of a fanboy crush on Y/n before she tweeted Jae and they started talking. She is really talented when it comes to her music. But I'm over it. I still listen to her music though. It has been on the charts after all.
"Jae? Is that you?" A soft voice spoke from behind us.
"Y/n?" Jae said as he spun toward her.
A girl stood there. She stood probably 5cm shorter than me. H/C hair tumbled from her head. Her face was covered by a plain black face mask. Her eyes wrinkled at the outer corners when she saw Jae, meaning she was probably smiling.
"We meet finally." She said and hugged, Jae was little surprised but happily hugged back.
"Bri- Young K." She greeted me giving me a soldier hand shake.
"Thank you for calling me Young K. Nice to meet you." I replied giving her a smile.
"You should of just called him Brian." Jae said to her causing her to laugh.
"No, don't corrupt her." I said desperately she kept laughing.
"You know I didn't expect to see you here. I was gonna get a bus." She said with a grateful tone.
"Jae thought it would be rude, which it kind of is, to leave you here to get a bus in a city you don't know." I told her, it was the truth after all.
"Thank you Jae." She replied, I didn't think it was possible, but her eyes creased even more. She seemed like a bit of a happy virus.
"One question Y/n," Jae said "Why are you wearing a sweater and long pants?"
"Oh, it's Winter in Australia. Unfortunately for me it's Summer here so, hopefully it's not too hot." She laughed.
"Oh right. That makes sense then." Jae replied.
"Are the beaches as nice as they say they in Australia?" I asked, I was curious, I'd never been to Australia.
"Definitely. It really is quite nice. I have some photos on my phone if you like, although it's more of a rock platform as opposed to a beach." She sighed a little toward as if she was defeated by she'd said.
Jae and I both took an interest in seeing the photos. She pulled out her phone and loaded the photos.
