Hi my name is Nathan gears and I'm 19 or well almost 19 my mother is a general of clock cities well Army are king and queen are very misleading I feel like they're hiding something but I just don't know what but before you read my journal I need to tell you a secret there's a gene in my family they call it the missing Gene what this Gene is is there special gear is hidden in the world and when inserted into the gear shapes lot in our hand give us magical abilities but I've never actually known why I have the scene and that I did because I always thought that was just it was a birth defect I'm also missing an eye in an arm but that's because my mom is General a lot of assassinations are aiming towards me but I want to be just like her although my father wants me to take in the family business of clocksmith I don't want to be a I don't want to be anything other than the clocksmith for God's sake I'd be a freaking Paperboy if I could but people have to make sacrifices I have a friend named Janet I've liked her for a long time she is not interested at least I don't think so but here's my story

One day I was walking to go get bread for my family as usual and well my hands felt really warm oddly warm I looked down at it and it was glowing for some odd reason I found out that got warmer as I got closer to the shop I kept walking and walking so I just brushed It Off bandages over my Gap so nobody would really cuz my mom told it was a bad thing I don't know why she said it was dangerous to us and it would cause a death to our family so I just covered it up so nobody can use it against us anyways getting off track I was walking to the bread store and well it got really warm almost to the point where I would scream but I had a really high tolerance to that giving my arm and eye but I saw it turn red like it was burning so bad that it was red and I looked down on the ground to see you glowing gear had a rose on it was baffling to me I thought it was so amazing so I picked it up and put it in my bag hoping that nobody saw it after getting the bed I came home and asked my mother what it was this is what she told me

Nathan this is a magical gear I don't know how to explain it but that Gap in your hands the only reason why I burn was because I sensed the gear the scare in particular is the Rose gear it takes any damage and enemy gives to you and returns it back to them causing you to feel no pain it's like immortality with a benefit but this gear on me last 8 months as does every other gear there are multiple different gears almost over a thousand probably but we only know about 12 you'll figure out the other 10 I mean 11 but this means that you've come to the age gears don't just appear out of nowhere they find you when you become the age when it so calls thinks you're ready for the task offers you your first gear no don't want to elaborate on this but you're special you can save the world with this so please figure out what it wants you to do find out your destiny

and so with that I packed up left the house and now I'm all by myself
