"Aurora get up" Scott shook the sleeping girl, a frustrated look appearing on his face as the young girl refused to get out of bed. The girl shoved him - as hard as she could with one hand - and buried her face into the pillow, hoping that drove the older boy away.

But as the start of school was beginning to draw closer, the boy with the uneven jaw had no choice but to play a song that he knew she hated.

"Go away Scott!" Aurora shouted, covering her ears with the pillow, hoping to drown out the sound that Scott called music. "Just let me have today off"

But her best friend was having none of it. If today wasn't so important then the boy would of agreed. However, due to her failing grades and the brother who left, he had no choice but to obey the rules. "No I promised Isaac you would do better this school year"

"Then he should of stayed" the young girl whispered under her breath but nevertheless, the werewolf heard, letting a sigh escape from his lips.

The boy walked out of the room, having nothing else to say but also due to the fact he couldn't support her like her brother did.

As soon as her brother like figure closed the door, Aurora stripped back her covers, already dressed for the uncoming day. As usual, the first day back at school, Aurora could never sleep.

However, that never stopped Aurora from trying to get the day off. Aurora always hated going to school, even when her older brother attended.

No more than a minute later, Scott opened her bedroom door; regardless on if Aurora was changing or not. Due to his supernatural hearing and his knowledge of Aurora's lack of ability to sleep, he always knew what she did early Monday mornings.

Aurora couldn't help the faint smile on her face as he entered her room. Like every Monday morning, Scott would enter a minute later as soon as he heard Aurora get up. But one thing that Aurora didn't expect was the keys of his motorcycle in her hand.

Aurora's eyes widen, filled with a hopeful feeling. "You're letting me drive?" Scott nodded without any hesitation, a soft smile appearing on his face. "Yes" he agreed but added with a hint of a warning. "but don't damage my baby"

The young girl rolled her eyes, unable to control the laugh that escaped her lips. Eventually the older boy joined in before leaving the girl alone.

As soon as the youngest lahey stepped into the crowded school, she was immediately covered in darkness, hearing a person laughing behind her back.

"Is that my Barry Allen?" Aurora questioned, a wide smile set on her pale face. A second later, she felt someone's breath on the back of her neck, creeping to the top of her ears.

"think again" the haunting voice uttered, a shiver shooting down her back. Aurora knew the voice all too well but as usual, Aurora liked to play games with the boys wrapped around her finger.

But before the two teenagers could say anything, Aurora heard another voice but only this time it was someone she didn't like. Kira Yukimura.

Aurora had a irritated face, listening to the person she hated talking to one of the people she cared about the most. The mystery person - of course - saw this and whisked the annoyed girl away before she caused damage.

Before Aurora could do any damage to the person behind her, they came out of hiding but yet that didn't cause a smile to appear on her face. "Hey Garrett"

The mystery boy - Garrett - frowned at girl before him. "What's wrong Rora?" He inquired, the simple gesture causing the boy to worry about his best friend.

Aurora let out a sigh as she shook her head, brushing away the situation like it was nothing. "Nothing, just missing Issac" she told him.

Garrett knew that Aurora wasn't telling him the full truth but he didn't push it like he usually would. Instead the boy wrapped his arms around the peitie girl and kissed her head. "I wish I could bring him back for you"

"You could make it up to me but skipping school with me" Aurora suggested with a mischievous tone. The boy with the blonde hair gave her a look but didn't say no nevertheless.

They both knew that they should stay - failing class and numerous of detentions waiting for them - but even being in school for almost ten minutes, they needed a break and that's what happened with nobody to stop them.
