The siblings were just chatting in the living room while watching television. They were talking about balls and galas, specifically, the one they were having with the Asuncions.

"I doubt mum would let me dance with him," Alden said.

"But you won't have any choice," Iligah said.

"What do you mean?" Alden asked.

"I'm planning to bring my girlfriend," Iligah said. "Therefore I have a partner and since you don't, you have to dance with the son of the most successful businesses next to ours which is the Asuncions."

Alden smiled. "That's smart."

"Yeah, I know right." Iligah agreed.

They continued to chat until the doorbell rang, Ailee got out of her office and rushed to the door. They looked back at the door, wondering who it was. Ailee opened the door and hugged the visitor.

It was their aunt, Lexi Federia.

The two went over to their mother and aunt and did their traditional greeting.

"How are you, kids?" Lexi asked.

"We're fine," Alden answered.

They chatted for a while until Ailee excused Lexi.

"Kids, go to your bedrooms, your aunt and I have to discuss," Ailee told them.

The kids looked at each other.

"Oh, okay, I'll switch off the TV for you," Iligah said, opening her phone as well.

"Thank you, dear," Ailee said.

Iligah went over to the couch to take the remote and closed the TV, she then tossed the remote onto the couch. She smiled at her mother and aunt then proceeded to go upstairs with her brother to his room. Once the door was shut, Ailee and Lexi began to discuss a topic.

"I wonder what they are talking about," Alden said to Iligah.

"We'll find out later," Iligah gracefully said.

Alden realized what she meant by that, she also has this look on her face when she was up to something.

"What did you do?" Alden asked.

"I left my phone downstairs with voice record on," Iligah said.

"What if they went to mum's office?" Alden questioned.

"Well, shing then," Iligah said.

--------------

"Dinner is ready!" Ailee announced from downstairs.

The two went down, this time, Ailee and Lexi were waiting for them. They entered the dining room and sat down with them and started eating after the food was placed down.

"So, Iligah," Lexi started. "how's Yuuki?"

Iligah smiled. "She's fine po."

"That's good," Lexi said. "Do you have any plans to move in with her or the other way around?"

"No." Iligah shook her head. "We're still focusing mainly on our education since it's our last year of college."

"Ah, that's good as well." Lexi said. "How about you, Alden?"

Alden choked a bit. "Uh, me?"

"Yeah, do you have a girlfriend?" Lexi asked.

"Uhm, no, I'm not interested in having a girlfriend," Alden answered.

"How about a boyfriend?" Lexi asked suspiciously.

"No, I don't have one," Alden said.

"Ah, okay, busy with other things I presume?" Lexi said.

"Yeah," Alden said, going back to eating.

--------------------

Iligah entered Alden's room.

"I got my phone," Iligah told Alden, showing her phone.

"Cool." Alden said. "Also, omg earlier was so intense."

"I know right," Iligah said, going over to Alden's bed and laying down.

"Did you catch anything in the voice record?" Alden asked.

"I don't know," Iligah said. "I haven't listened to it,"

"Let's hear it," Alden said, sitting next to her.

Iligah put in her password and opened the voice recording app and put it on medium volume. They pressed play on the recent recording.

"I think the kids are hiding something regarding with the Asuncion kid," Ailee said.

"What does it matter? I feel like Vince is different from his parents," Lexi said.

"I don't know," Ailee said.

"What if Alden is in a relationship with him?" Ailee added.

"Let him be, if Alden is gay, bisexual, or any sexuality that likes boys, then we'll be there to support him, right? I mean, Iligah has a girlfriend, what makes it any different?" Lexi said.

"I would be fine if he likes boys, he can like any boy except for the Asuncion one," Ailee said.

"Okay, let's say he is in a relationship with Vince and he's hiding it from you," Lexi said.

"Okay," Ailee said. "Go on."

"If he has been with him for more than a month and it still works," Lexi said. "Don't you think that separating them would be bringing them closer?"

"You're right," Ailee said. "If they stay together for so long they might get sick of each other."

"Okay," Lexi sounded unsure.

"It's the perfect opportunity, there's going to be a gala with the Asuncions and Iligah might bring Yuuki so I might make them hang out more, I guess," Ailee said.

"I'm not sure," Lexi said. "Let's not get into this first because we don't know if they are actually together."

"What if they are?" Ailee questioned.

"Well, if you want to separate them, make them work against each other 24/7, make them so busy they can barely talk," Lexi said. "But remember, your life and Alden's life are different, so is Vince and his parents, if Alden loves Vince then we should let it be."

"I can't let that happen," Ailee said.

"Well, that's your choice," Lexi said.

Then the rest of the recording is just other things that aren't related to the topic, Iligah skipped to other parts but there wasn't anything else.

They were in a mixture of shock and confusion.

"This time I'm actually scared because now they are suspicious and mum is planning to make me break up with him if she knows-" Alden rambled.

"I'm here for you okay?" Iligah said. "I'll help you,"

"How?" Alden asked.

"Kayce knows one of his friends," Iligah said. "Remember Cain?"

"Yeah?" Alden said.

"Boom, fake boyfriend, I guess," Iligah said.

"What if he doesn't want to?" Alden asked.

"Well, we'll find another way, don't worry," Iligah assured him.

"I hope so," Alden said.
