“Only allowing members who are already registered and staff for now, please come back later.”
This single sentence was driving me insane! Why wouldn't the damn website work?! It had said the same thing for the past bloody week! There I was in my favorite vampire t-shirt, my red sweat pants, and fangs necklace and the website wouldn't work. I sighed annoyed and grabbed my phone.
OK I admit it I am totally vampire obsessed. I mean I love everything about them and I'm even OK with them drinking blood. Okay, maybe that makes me the weirdest vampire obsessed fan from other people but frankly, I don't care.
Well, I didn't care anyway. If I did not like vampires I would not have been dragged to the mess I got in.
"Come on please I know you can do this, please just for me!" I begged my best friend, who was also an expert hacker.
"I don't know if I should do this, I mean really, just so you can see what this website has?" He asked.
It wasn't just any website. While I was doing my normal vampire research I happened to come across a website accidentally. I was convinced it was fate since it was about vampires so I thought it would be great to learn something new, but the damn website wouldn't let me register to enter.
It just kept saying that it was only for people who were already registered for a while only, which was a bunch of bullshit. I was okay with that in the beginning, so I went back on the next day. Nothing, nada, zip.
Then the next was the same, as well as the day after that. I could be patient, trust me, but I’m no saint.
Finally, I gave up and decided to call my best friend Marlin Deadly, who was an expert at hacking. He had hacked things for me countless of times, he even changed some grades for me so I would not fail.
Of course, without the teachers knowing. The wonders he could do made me question if he was even human. I mean seriously, the teachers would freak out if they knew one of their normal high school students was genius enough to hack a computer.
They would probably kidnap him and drag him to some science geeks to find out the next cure for some disease. Because of this, we decided to keep it a secret, you know so they wouldn't abduct Marlin.
Oh, I almost forgot, my name is Abelia Rose and I'm 17 years old. I have red hair that is all curly and a big mess. I usually keep it in a ponytail so that it won’t get in my face but it manages to anyway. My eyes are a stormy Grey that looks just plain to me. I am not one of the popular girls at all.
They consider me "too boyish" to be with them. Ugh, like I care anyways, as long as I have my vampires I'll survive.
I dress with baggy clothes and it's very and when I say very I mean it, it's very rare to see me wearing a skirt .Really, why did anyone invent those ugly things anyway?! I love reading and I am outgoing and fun, but try telling everyone else that. No one believes that I'm actually fun, well except Marlin.
Marlin is just awesome. He looks like a geek, he even has those very big glasses but I don't care. From the first day I met him he was nice.
He was always smiling and he does not have a single mean bone in his entire body. That's why I've always defended him from bullies. He won’t stand up to them at all.
