hayes' pov. (woah long time no pov hayes)
"i-i don't think we can." the words stuttered out of my mouth. I regret it almost instantly. I can't loose her.
"wait no I didn't mean it like that." I say looking at the floor. damn I screw things up.
"no, I get it. you don't care enough to deal with distance." she said getting off my lap.
"alison please wait." I say and stand up.
"what do you want?" she spits out so coldly.
"I don't mean it like that. it came out wrong. I meant, let's stay together and hang out as much as we can until you move. and then we can take a break, not break up. if you find someone else, than that's okay. and if I find someone else, that's okay. we're not 'broken up' unless one of us finds someone else. and I know that won't happen." i smile and move a piece of her straightened hair out of her face as she looks up at me.
"o-okay." she hesitantly smiles.
"I love you." I say to assure her. she smiles and i peck her lips.
alison's pov
the small peck turned into a long and passionate kiss, which turned into a make out. he picked me up and sat back down on the couch and placed me on his lap, not once breaking the kiss. he put his hands on my lower back and mine were on his shoulders. his tongue pressed against my closed lips asking for entrance and I accepted.
"hayes," i breath heavily and break the kiss.
"yeah baby?" he says and takes deep breathes.
"I love you too." i smile and he smiles back. his lips brush against mine but he pulls back because his phone goes off. he picks it up and checks his messages. I try to see the screen but he tilts it away so I can't. I start to get annoyed and I just look at him. he scrunches his eyebrows and opens his mouth a little bit.
"what?" i ask.
"oh. it's nothing." he says. I sit beside him and lay my head on his shoulder.
"it's 1 o'clock right now. wanna have a movie night?" he asks. i nod and he goes to get popcorn while I put in the movies.

after we watch about 5 movies
hayes is passed out and snoring. I smile and fall asleep in his arms. better enjoy it while I can.
