-Emmaline's Point of View-
. . .
The next morning when I woke up Jasper was already downstairs.
"Awe, you woke up too soon." He pouted as he flipped a pancake.
I smiled, "what are you doing?"
"Well I remember you asked me if I could cook once, I can't, or rather I couldn't as Marta here has been reaching me how to cook pancakes this morning, so I figured I would make you breakfast in bed."
He turned to remove the pancake and placed it on a plate before he poured some more batter into the skillet.
I walked up and hugged him from behind, "well it's the thought that counts." I said as I kissed his back.
"Would you like some coffee honeybee?"
I blushed as I forgot she was sitting in the room as well, even though Jasper had literally just mentioned her.
I unwrapped my my arms from his waist and took a seat back at the breakfast bar, "coffee would be lovely, thank you."
Jasper smiled, I'm guessing he could feel my slight embarrassment.
"What are you two doing today?" Marta asked.
"We have a ton of shopping to do." I sighed, "I kinda just wanted to stay in."
"Then let's just stay in." He smirked as he paced a plate of pancakes in front of me before finally kissing me good morning.
"I can't, this is the only time I can get my parents presents, you know my mom and her boytoy are coming into town tonight."
"I thought your dad said they've been going out for a while." He questioned.
"Yeah, but my dad said he's skyped with her and he's seen the guy once, apparently he looks really young." I filled him in, "anyways i'll finish up here and then I gotta get ready, I figured while were out we can go ahead and pick out Alice and Alvaro's wedding gift as well."
He nodded, and much to Marta's protest, he began to wash the dirty dishes he had just used.
Once I ate my fill I pushed my plate away, "I couldn't eat another bite."
"So how'd i do?"
"Superbly," I smiled, "they were delicious, thank you sugar."
He returned my smile then I went upstairs to get prepared for the day.
. . . . .
-Alice's Point of View-
. . .
I was pacing the backyard, if I was a human my legs would be dead from all of the pacing I've done.
"Won't you come inside, Mi Corazon, you've been out here all day."
I turned and gave Alvarado a sad sort of smile, "not yet, this vision has GOT to mean something." I shook my head in frustration as I focused on the same clip of a vision that I've been seeing, "they always mean something."
I sat down in an almost defeated fashion and he sat down next to me, he wrapped a loving arm around my shoulders and we sat there under the crescent moon for a while in silence.
Suddenly another vision hit me, again it wasn't quite like my old visions but at least this one was happier.
'Jasper and Emmaline watch as a shopgirl wraps a couple of gifts expertly.'
Then the vision changes.
'Jasper pays the woman and he grabs the bag along with Emmaline's hand. The two make their way out of the store and the woman bids them a farewell, Emmaline turns to wish her a happy holidays.'
