It's like a weight was lifted off my shoulders after nung outburst ko sa canteen and I find that people around me were nicer.

It's been weeks since that incident at parang nag-normalize ang paligid.

Dahil ba sinabi ko na sa kanila yung totoo? Or dahil naaawa sila sa akin? Hay ewan ko na sa kanila, basta ako I feel better. I feel like ma-eenjoy ko na ulit ang mga few weeks ko ng pagt-trabaho dito.

Things got a lot better pa lalo na nung na-suspend si May for fifteen days due to her violation of Company policies. Sabi nga ni Ms. Claire she actually showed some restraint and gave her a lesser sentence.

Umiyak daw si May during their meeting but Ms. Claire ripped her a new one discussing how that behavior is and will never be acceptable and that she should really think about quitting if she can't change her ways.

I think everyone's going to be really careful not to piss her off now that she showed na she should not be messed with.

"Andi, saang folder nga naka-save yung file na yun?" Sabi ni Chie, yung bagong assistant ni Ms. Claire who I'm training now. She's a bit slow, medyo paulit ulit ang turo sa kanya pero she seems eager naman to learn so I deal with it.

I smile to her, bent down and faced the laptop, I took the mouse and said, "Eto, dito lang yun, just make sure hindi mo guguluhin ang file names para hindi ka mahirapan mag-hanap. Tsaka putting references sa notebook mo and matching it with the file name in your computer will make things easier."

"Ang O.C. talaga." Napalingon ako at nakita kong nakasandal sa door si Ms. Claire.

I grin at her, "That's why you love me."

She pushes against the door and says, "Yabang." Then she says, "Come in, we need to talk."

We've been having these small talks for the past two weeks. Daily she checks if gusto kong i-withdraw ang resignation ko since maayos na naman ang lahat, I always refuse.

I sit down on her guest chair and sigh.

She sits in her chair and puts her elbows on her table, chin on top of the back of her entwined fingers.

I lift a brow, "Talaga Ms. Claire? Araw-araw?"

She tilts her head to the side, "What do you mean?"

I sigh, "Araw araw mo ako tatanungin kung gusto kong bawiin yung resignation ko?"

She looks offended, "Why would I do that? I mean it's your decision and I respect that."

My brows rise, "So, this isn't about that?"

She grins at me, "Nope."

I sit up straight, "Then bakit po ma'am?"

She leans back, "Have you found a new job na? Or have you started looking? Parang wala ka namang balak umalis."

Napaisip ako, actually wala pa naman talaga akong concrete plan after ko dito. I've been browsing online pero parang hindi ko pa magawa? Like I'm subconsciously delaying it or something. I guess may sense of finality na talaga ang pag-alis ko pag nag-start na akong mag-apply sa iba.

Bigla akong napaisip ulet so I pout at my boss, "Nung una ayaw nyo ako umalis, ngayon naman parang pinagtutulakan nyo na ako."

She laughs, "Crazy Andi."

I remember someone calling me that. Tse. Go away bad thoughts.

She leans a bit and says, "I remember you telling me that I can help you find a job. So I've been making some calls."
